Course In Great Condition
Aside from a few traps on front nine that need some more sand, the course is in great condition. Tees are in better shape than most fairways in the East Bay. High grass makes it tough to find balls off the fairway. Toughest course in the area if you don’t keep the ball on the fairway.

Cart policy
Should have been told ahead if time that you must ride 2 too a cart.

Club house staff experience was not so good
I told the staff someone in my house tested Covid positive. Even I was negative, I told him I didn't feel comfortable to share the ride with someone else even I was wearing a face mask. He insisted it was the course policy. I ended up paying additional $20 to have my own cart. I don't think the staff or the course management was responsible.

Won't play again with cart path only rule
This course is such that every shot rolls to the lowest part of the hills / creek, and the creek is very far from the cart paths. So, when it's cart path only (which it always seems to be), you are spending more time fetching the cart than playing golf. It is just not fun to hit a great shot and walk down a hill 100 yards to hit a second shot and then 100 yards back up to the cart. Worst place to play because of that. I wont play again until that changes.

We like this course, hilly and some confusing holes, which make the playing more interesting and fun!

Ridiculous layout
Johnny Miller outdid himself in designing yet another ridiculous course. Blind shots everywhere, narrow track with trouble when you slightly miss a fairway. No forgiveness on the greens either. After finally getting there, and losing a ball or six along the way, every green was like putting over a mountain range. I don't mind some bend or reasonable slopes on the greens, but the greens at Bridges rival the undulations at your neighborhood skate park.
People had always told me tgey played it once and never went back. Add me to that list.

Hard Course And Lots of Walking!
Well maintained course but the most difficult public course in the East Bay. If you slice your drives, bring plenty of balls:) You better be in decent shape to play the course as more than half of the holes are cart path only year-round. Some holes have not allowed a cart on them over the past 5-years I've played there. Money should be spent to improve drainage, as this is a tough course to walk so many holes!!!

A very difficult course
Bridges is a very difficult course for most golfers. If you are not a long hitter you will not score well.
The pace of play was very slow. The course would not let us out early because we used GolfNow

Front Desk Guy - Rude
Same experience as in the past. The front desk guy is rude. Also why cart path only?? Fairways were dry enough to drive on. Overall, the staff seemingly makes choices that don’t encourage return customers.
