Royal/Sabal at Grand Palms Golf & Country Club

It used to be a very nice course but has gone down hill the past few years

El señor que atiende el restaurant es un grosero, falta de respeto, persona sin educacion que no tiene idea de como tratar al cliente. Ese tipo de personas NO deben trabajar ahi

Firts trime on your coiurse. Very confusing to get from hole to hole at some points on the course. We were lost more than once. Simple signage directing you where to go would really help.

My husband rented a set of clubs for our round. First of all, they were horrible; all beaten up. But the most inconvenient part was that the pro shop held onto my driver’s license until we were done with our round. As if we would want those clubs anyway lol. But at the end of our round, we gave the clubs to the starter with the cart, and promptly got into our car and left. It wasn’t until the next day that I remembered my license was there! We had to drive 40 minutes each way to go back and get it. They need to figure out another method to secure their rental clubs.

We played here because we got a very good golf rate on GolfNow and I found the course to be fun but lacking in appropriate maintenance and upkeep. We only played Nine holes, as we needed to get to another destination later that day

Needs to be maintained a little better.
