Greens were decent. Tees and fairways were not good. Course is challenging with water in play on many holes.

Needs a lot of work

The course is not well maintained. Lots of weeds everywhere. Greens are very slow and beat up. Broken sprinklers just running and pouring water everywhere. No beverage cart on a hot day. Probably will not come back.

Pace of play

The fact that I had to wait 15 or more mins every hole to tee off and keep moving forward. And it wouldn’t have mattered if I could pass the group in front of me but they were delayed by everyone in front of them. And everyone paid way too much for the average course conditions to be waiting so long for a poor pace of play.

Good Course but not so good conditions

Course layouts are very good and somewhat challenging. Green conditions are good but speeds are kind of slow. Fairways are OK with some weeds. It's a good course to practice your game.
