About
Marcus Pointe Golf Club tumbles across 600 acres of rolling woodlands, which is a rare occurrence in the mostly flat Panhandle area. The back nine is where golfers really begin to notice the dramatic undulations. Earl Stone, who has designed several Gulf Coast golf courses, created the layout. He has built his reputation on building playable and affordable courses. While water may not come into play often, golfers will still be kept on their toes by the numerous sand bunkers and an abundance of trees and of course, the tricky angles and elevation changes throughout. The golf course is challenging but fair with a playability that appeals to golfers of all skill levels. The greens are well manicured and keep all abilities in mind. Four sets of tees make Marcus Pointe Golf Club even more accessible.

Rough shape
Course has yet to come out of winter. Greens are rough and erratic. Things will improve with rain.
Great course & great value
I really enjoyed playing this course and found it to be in great condition and a great value for the money

Always a good challenge to play this course. Best course in Pensacola
Poor Condition
This course used to be my favorite place to play in Pensacola, but no more. It has gone down hill to the point that playing there is a waste of money. The layout is still my favorite, but the condition is terrible. Very little if any fairway grass. The greens have bare spots and where there is grass they are unputtable. It is sad to see what has happened to this course. There are better options in Pensacola
Nice layout
I’ve played this course for 20 years. It’s usually one of my go to courses when I visit my mom, who lives here. I know this time of year the grass is dormant. It just seemed like there wasn’t a lot of grass in the fairways. Greens were not in very good shape. One of the greens had large patches of dead grass. I’ll try it again next year, as it’s a good layout, one of my favorites. I’ll head to some of the other courses in the area the rest of my time here.
The Cinderella
The Little Cinderella came from nowhere on the famous back-nine at Marcus Pointe Love the course good condition for Winter time.
Rough right now...
The greens are in pretty bad shape right now and the course is showing the signs of the winter season but it's not a bad round.
Great deal
Even with the turf being dormant the course is just fine! Thanks to the maintenance crew for the hard work!
