The greens were in great shape. Very fast today with difficult pin location. Looks like lots of work is being done to fix cart paths. Paired with three others. It was a good time.

Over the last few years...new owners. They are working hard on improving course and it shows a lot. Very very good condition.

Played course today had a 10;30am tee. Started on the 10th hole. Had a group of five ahead of me 3 driving carts and 2 walking Really. There method of pairing groups together is awful!!! It seems that they do that all the time. The group in front of them also had a group of five playing. It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. The fairways are like a cow pasture. I never have seen a tee box with clovers, I did today. Greens are like a sandbox. Like the old saying you get what you pay for.

It was freshly cut. Greens were in great shape. Most fairways were good.

Course was in excellent condition, a real challenge.

Booked through golf now and was the 4th golfer to book the same tee time. I got there early so I could warm up on he driving range and it was a perfect driving range. They gave you balls you could actually play with and not worn out ones that are just dead ducks. Then I went over to the putting greens got to practice a little bit and it was exactly like the greens throughout the course. The greens are very hard to read especially around the hole. The ball would always roll in a different way then expected. If they changed the position of the hole more often this wouldn't be a problem. I got to play with 3 other guys who had never played there before and they loved it as well. This was an amazing experience and will be looking for another HOT DEAL!!! Thank you again to the amazing golfers I played with, you guys helped me out more than you can ever imagine!

Nice course, helpful staff. Enjoyed the layout a lot however the fairways were a bit rough and still heavily covered in dead leaves which made finding fairway shots challenging.

Great layout and difficult greens. Fairways need water but the greens were rolling true, albeit with one or two patches of weeds.

Would play this course tomorrow were I staying in town and will come back in late spring.

Staff were superb. Starter was on duty and helpfully got us through a slow starting group.

Club was hosting a demo day.

Cart girl was pretty and efficient. Came round numerous times.

Good value, fine course. Many tight holes make for interesting round. Don't need perfect shots, but do need to be on your game.

I'm a high handicap golfer, but I love playing. This course is well maintained. The greens were in great shape. I played with two of my cousins and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was excellent! We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will play here again...

Marcus Pointe is in very good shape right now. That includes the greens. Although a little slower than I prefer, the ball rolls true. I play this course 6-7 times per year and have seen it in both good/bad conditions. Right now it is definitely worth playing!

Played this course in January so I didn't expect perfect fairways but I had played other Pensacola area courses and their fairways where in much better condition. The greens where also not the best. But I did like the layout, short from the red tees but you had to have accurate shots to stay out of trouble. I will play this course again to give it another try.

Considering that it's January and they had sub-freezing temps the previous weekend, course was in pretty nice shape. Lots of mounding and some rolling terrain made it more interesting than the usual Florida layout. Greens were reasonably good. Watch the trees-I did it close up on the back. Played with Adam from the pro shop and he and Ben, the pro, were very welcoming. I had a great time.
