Fun course
Greens were nice, fairly good sized with enough contour to make putting fun.
The holes are all spread out in a housing development which was ok as the cart paths take you through many nice lanscaped properties. The pace of play was pretty good with just a short wait at each tee box.
Great little course!!!
This is an excellent practice course or a shorter fun course. All par 3''s & 4's.
Very nice!
Course in fair condition, played during the dry season. Staff, Club House and Resturant all above average.
Kings Gate April 2018
I reviewed this course previously and gave it good or very good ratings in most categories. Now a problem has arisen, especially for golfnow customers, who tend to play later in the day. Management has decided to return to the lessor many of the golf carts the course leases for their peak season, but their clientele are still here golfing which creates a shortage of golf carts especially later in the day. My last outing had myself and about 10 other players waiting for at least an hour after our scheduled tee times for golf carts. Management was surely premature in returning the carts and I do not plan to visit this course again until our visitors have returned home and the cart supply is again adequate. The course itself is a really nice executive course with undulating greens and is normally a very enjoyable experience.
Best Executive Course
Great undulating greens and a couple blind shots to the green makes it more challenging. A great value for a very well kept course.
great practice
An executive course that has some very interesting holes and layouts. A lot of water but very fair if you make correct decisions. Club choice is necessary to score well. Green in very good shape. Some holes longer than expected on an executive course and it made the round very enjoyable. Great course to get your short game into play. Will return and play several times while we are in the area.
Rained out
Very windy, Stopped after 13 holes, thunder and lightning Course was in very good shape, stuff in pro shop not the friendliest.
Terrible Management
I was greeted by the cashier with "Golf now needs to stop scheduling singles at our course." Obviously they should stop doing business with golf now if they are against single golfers playing there. Further, I ended up playing with another guy, and we were almost hit by a ball on a par 3 of 175 yards. Literally another player hit a ball at us from the tee while we were putting on the green. The ranger didn't even kick the guy off the course, he simply said "Well he apologized." There is no apology for hitting up on someone on a par 3. Completely a joke. That's what this course is.
Great Executive course!
Great shape, challenging Par 3 holes, greens with undulations challenging. Really fun course.
King's Gate
Course in good condition for winter. Greens fairly quick with lots of undulations. Hared time seeing the flagstick though.
Good value
I was pleasantly surprised at this par 60 course. I have driven by it many times and it looked short and very tight. I was wrong. The fairways were more than ample yet very challenging. I glad I tried it and will go back again.
This course is well worth playing
Played Kingsgate twice this year, both times I really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly + the course was in good shape.
