About
Summerfield Crossings Golf Club is a fun Scottish links style championship golf course designed by Ronald Garl. There are many moguls and palm trees that come into play throughout the course. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has wide, gently rolling fairways, but do not underestimate the challenge. You must keep the ball on target thanks to pot bunkers, waste areas and small, undulating greens. The signature hole is No. 6, a 171-yard, par 3 that calls for a carry over water to a small peninsula green. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has a wide, gently rolling fairways.

Golf Course Status not revealed
While it was wide open when we showed up the front desk did not tell us that the fairways of the first 4 or 5 holes were all dug up and under refertilization.. It would have been nice to h ave know that before I booked the tee time.......Overall rating is based on the fact that they did not advise Golfnow of refertilization.....
2 hours and 40 minutes for the first 9-holes. Over 2-1/2 hours on back 9. 7 minute tee times, unacceptable. Standard is 11. We waited at each tee box and throughout the fairways.
Asked for a raincheck for the back 9 holes and was informed they could not issue it since it was booked on Golf Now.
What a miserable round of golf!!!
Perfect pace of play
Best pace finally! Before our foursome began, the ranger requested know one tee off until the green has cleared regardless if you can't hit it close to other group. This changed the pace of play perfectly.
Thank you for paying attention.
Great value for your money
You can’t beat the layout, and overall conditions, for the money. Greens were fast, with some minor imperfections. Layout is challenging, From any Tee box.
We’ll definitely go back there again
Slow. Slow Slow
It should never take 3hrs to play nine holes. I quit after 15 and another hour and a half. The greens keeper must have had a bad night cause the pin placement on 14 was on a side of a slope. Greens were fast and spotty in places. I did like the layout as it was very playable. I may try it again but never on a Saturday. Need a Marshall.
Nice Couse, not too Difficult
Course is in good condition. Nice practice areas. Course is not difficult but challenging enough for mid to hiigh handicap.
enjoyable course
My only complaint is the pace of play terrible. 3 1/2 hours to play the front and I didn’t see one ranger. But to be fair, pace of play is terrible everywhere.
Really Long Round
Slow, slow, slow. Waited every shot the whole round.
Good layout
Layout is my favorite between Bloomingdale/Cypress. Tee boxes are good/not great (need cut). Greens roll pretty true but need to be rolled. Careless upkeep to bunkers. Course needs a ranger to speed things up. Waited 15-20 min on multiple holes.
Decent Course
The layout of this course is very nice, though there are a couple of areas that result in bottlenecks. For example, the 2nd hole is a par 3.
Course conditions were OK, with some areas in need of repair, and my biggest complaint is that the greenside bunkers have little sand and a lot of mud.
The grass range is really nice-actual grass!
The gentleman behind the counter was very nice.
Great Course. Great Golf
I’m an Ohio guy who has never played golf in Florida this early in the year. But the course was in outstanding shape. The greens were immaculate and fast. The fairways were in really good shape. The layout was good. Not the most challenging but it definitely makes you play strategic golf at points. I’m here a few more days and may play it one more time!
Nice Track
The course was in great shape. I’ve never played a Florida course this early in March so I didn’t know what to expect. However, the fairways were well kept, the greens were immaculate and played pretty fast. I will definitely play this track when in town again and may play it once more before I leave.
