Summerfield Crossings Golf Club
About
Summerfield Crossings Golf Club is a fun Scottish links style championship golf course designed by Ronald Garl. There are many moguls and palm trees that come into play throughout the course. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has wide, gently rolling fairways, but do not underestimate the challenge. You must keep the ball on target thanks to pot bunkers, waste areas and small, undulating greens. The signature hole is No. 6, a 171-yard, par 3 that calls for a carry over water to a small peninsula green. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has a wide, gently rolling fairways.

Where are the rangers??
A threesome and a father with 2 kids under 5 were in front of us and paired up at some point. The father started giving lessons at some point. They would stand around the tee after everyone had hit and practice swing. We would drive up to the tee right behind them and they just didn’t catch on😔. On number 11 they were all standing around the green and I sent one over them to the green and they finally got in their carts. The pace of play is pretty bad hete.
Yes!
What an enjoyable public golf course! Great layout and above average conditions. Nice greens, fairways and tees. You can tell the super takes pride in his course. One of the better public tracks in the area.
Pleasantly Surprised
For a public golf course I was very impressed playing here. The layout was fantastic. The greens were on the fast side and mostly lush. Decent tees, fairways etc. Bunkers are the thing that needs the most attention here. Pro shop guy was great. All in all it was a positive experience. I’ll be back.
Greens were fast. Tee boxes were in good shape. A few spots here and there needed some work, but a good day overall.
Awesome
The course was in excellent condition. This was the first time playing it and it was a fun course to play. I would go back.
Enjoyable course that’s forgiving
The course is very forgiving with being open through wide roughs and large fairways. Greens run surprisingly fast.
Pace of play
Love this course but the play of play is the worst!!! On 5th hole there were 3 groups waiting and 2 groups between the fairway and the green😔😔😔
Conditions
Even though there has been a lack of rain in Florida, the greens still need water. They were punched, sanded, but has zero grass to putt on. The tee boxes were over seeded and the tees disappeared once set in the ground making it difficult to judge the depth or height of each tee shot. The practice facility looks good but more than likely gets most of the attention and revenue which is noticeable once out on the course. Could have such great potential but if you don’t grab a hot deal or discount price for a round then it is too expensive for what you get just imo
Good course
Course was in good shape from tee to greens despite a rainy day, Practice area is 1st class with a great chipping area, a practice bunker and 250+ yard range.
