Hampton Golf Village

Played last Saturday and found the course condition to be below par. I have played this course before and this was the worst tee box conditions ever. Imagine teeing off on mud and paying full price. There were signs of course improvements in place but this course is still long ways away from being comparable to what they charge.

Overall good track to play. Had to hit some shots especially on par 5s. Greens still recovering but running good. Another month and they will be best around!

Stayed and played another 9.

While we enjoyed the day, I feel the fairways and rough were cut way too short. Some holes you hit in fairway and it rolls down in to junk and cannot find it, this being penalized unnecessarily. Back 9 is more fun than front 9. I will come back for sure so hope they let grass grow a little more to “normal” height.

Good Challenging Course but many Tee boxes are bald, so that's tough to deal with. Course is still healing from aeration few weeks back and greens are not consistent, but enjoy this challenging layout. Hope the course gets in better shape with warmer weather, but tee boxes need to be fixed on an urgent basis!

Nothing bothers me more then when I make a time, get excited about scoring low, and then walk out to the practice green to see that they have punched and sanded the greens and not shared that information at the time of the booking. C'mon guys, nobody wants to play on punched greens. Please list that information so golfers can make informed decisions about where to play. It's a nice golf course and worth playing when it's not punched.
