On the 14th tee. Kind of a blind drive over a hill. Fun hole. Photo submitted by u000006907181 on 06/28/2019

Recently play
The course has a lot of play as it’s a favorite. Greens not in great shape and have been sanded. No Marshall and many people on the golf course who don’t understand pace of play and etiquette.had to skip a hole to get around a beginner.
Horrible greens!!!
Extremely fast and easy course... Until you reach the greens!!
You may as well be putting on the beach.. just the very worst greens I have ever played any where.. map was not up to date with pin locations and was very confusing..
Golf
Greens were in terrible shape so putting was useless. Most spots on the fairway were rock hard and tee boxes were uneven and mostly unkempt.
Tough Course
The layout is nice, overall but the hills and slopes on every fairway make this much more challenging than the price would indicate. The greens were extremely fast and very unforgiving. The greens alone will add major stroke gain. I will definitely play again though, once things green up. The staff are all amazing and this course will remain on my rotation
Countryland
Been playing this course for several years now. While they have been putting money into the course during this time, still needs some help with some of the course. a lot of areas need new or more grass as there are a lot of spots on the course that are just dirt or rocks etc. with the price of golf in the atlanta area, its still a decent price to get a round in. the lack of a driving range does hurt.
Do not play right now
Lots of Poa on the greens. Greens aren’t normally good anyways but they are virtually unputtable right now.
Best course for the cost
Golf in Metro Atlanta is expensive, Countryland isn’t the prettiest or as lush and green as more expensive courses, but that’s the trade for cost savings. 18 holes and a cart for under $50, it’s got a few challenging holes, bunkers, water, elevation changes. It’s a fun course with very fast greens. I will continue to play here, I love the course and staff, others I’ve met getting paired with, usually good folks.
Nice course but rough greens
Nice layout and it has some very interesting hilly challenges. My third time playing the course. Staff is great and the price is usually pretty decent. My only complaint was the quality of the greens. There were hundreds of small tufts of grass poking up all over each green which made it very had to make accurate putts. Never seen that before on the course but maybe that’s an issue during this time of year.
Fun and Inexpensive
The course is solid but very hilly. The majority of your shots will probably come from an uneven lie even if you’re in fairways.
Not a long course but a challenge if you struggle with accuracy.
Good value, fun place to play.
One negative would be the lack of a driving range to warm up. Not a deal breaker for me but something you may want to know if you have never played here before.
Country is in the name for a reason
Let me start off by saying the staff here are extremely nice. Unfortunately they work at a golf course that is no better than a cow pasture with greens that might as well be carpet..
Country Land.
Course was in great shape! Best shape I have ever seen it. Props to the staff maintaining the course. Used to be a cow pasture! I will proudly continue to play this course at any time. Best value around. Did lose a few balls in the middle of the fairways due to all the leafs but that’s what happens in the fall!!
