Great course to start the season
Considering the time of year and recent day of rain, the course was solid. Good value for price. Staff is always welcoming and outstanding.
Consistently good course
Been playing here for a long time. Course is always is good to great condition. Course layout is nice, it’s slightly challenging but enjoyable for all types of golfers. Range and practice area is very nice. Staff is alright. Restaurant side significantly more personable. My only real negative about here would be the pace. It’s not regulated and always seems to bottleneck around hole 14 causing a potential 10-15 min wait at any tee moving forward. Always an enjoyable round and nicely kept golf course. Been going regularly since 05, will continue to for years to come.
Nice course in the Cumming area
The course is always in good shape. It is wintertime so there are some places where the grass is thin. The greens are in good shape but getting a bit dinged up again from it being winter.
It is challenging but not hard so fun to play and enjoyable.
The Hamptons
All in all great experience. My only issue is the with the greens. This falls on the players and staff. The greens had divots riddled throughout all of them. When I say this, I mean there were a lot per each green. So bith the players are not fixing divots, and the staff is not taking proper care to fix the greens. Other than that it was a great experience in the January cold.

I don't believe there is a better course for the money in North Georgia. The staff here is friendly, helpful and flexible.
Front 9 is challenging with lots of elevation changes. Back 9 is much easier until you get to a tough finishing hole at 18.

No ranger on course we had to skip a hole due to slow play of group in front of us. Otherwise love the course and price for the round.
Great course
Good challenging course, somewhat forgiving. Great for beginner and intermediate golfers. Nice folks running the show there.
Best Value
I have been playing Hampton for a couple of years now. The staff is always great and is easy to work with for a regular day and also organizing any size event. The course is always in good shape including the greens. The front 9 is tough with the back 9 giving you some relief. Hole 18 is a great finishing hole as it is the hardest hole on the course. Hampton has become the course I play the most.
