Nice Day
Enjoyed the round great staff nice clubhouse good course conditions for early Spring.
Driving range was closed due to broken “ball picker upper”so no warm up. No ball washers on the course which was an issue due to the wet and muddy conditions. Tee boxes in bad shape but the greens were good. Overbooked so the play was very slow. All in all an average course, no better or worse.
Golf at a reasonable price
Good layout, some challenging holes on hills. Reasonable senior daily and annual rates Monday-Friday. Nice setting for a beer after the round.
Nice course
4,5, 7,12 and 18 are very tough holes for the average player, rest are pleasant to play
Great course for the money.
It was cart path only and we were still able to finish in just over 4 hours without rushing.
Good start the season course
Recommend for those that want to get out, start getting back your game etc. Great staff. Good practice options - driving range, putting and chipping. Solid pro shop and snack area. Good value for the money.
Good Challenging Course/ Greens under Areation!
This is a good challenging course for advance player and no for beginners. I gave a 4-star rating as the Green is recently areated & heavily sanded which made putting frustrating and it spoiled the game. Beside the course was muddy even though it was hilly and having lots of steep slope. Guess it needs for another 2 weeks for the Green to heal.
Beside, wondering why there's no "Red" tee for the ladies since most seniors are playing the "Green" tee. Good challenging and steep uphill layout especially hole #4, 12 and 18.
Course holds water like a sponge
The course shouldn't have been open today. It was a sponge. The drainage system should have gotten a lot of the water off this course, especially since it's a hilly course. It didn't.
The greens were aerated and sanded very heavily.
Hampton is a good course, but wait to play it when it is dry.
Decent Course with Good Amneties
Decent Course with challenging holes and pretty forests and rolling hills. Clubhouse has food and drink available, and sometimes a beer cart makes the rounds (not this visit but in prior visits).
Course conditions were poor due to recent rains. Quite muddy which took some enjoyment out of this round, but will be back again for sure.
