Tee boxes aren’t in good shape they need some love. They aerated the fairways recently as well. Iknow there has been a lot of rain recently so there were some muddy spots on some holes. Greens were in pretty good shape. The course needs some warm weather for the Bermuda to start growing and it doesn’t need any more rain. .I love the layout of this course and will definitely be back

First time played since last summer. Fairways were really rough after aeration. Sometimes it was difficult to find a spot to hit from. It was like hitting from a divot all of the time. Greens were decent though inconsistent. Will probably be in good shape in a month.

Tee boxes were in bad shape. Greens look like they’d been aerated not too long ago. Fairways had been too.

Great course lay out and good condition.

Green was slower than expected.

Everyone knows that a course must keep up with maintenance from time to time and certainly understandable. However when I booked the tee time online for myself and a couple of clients I had no idea I was walking into a disaster course - like playing on a horse track with no grass. Thought maybe the greens would be a challenge but not the whole course. Worst experience in 30 years playing ANYWHERE . Obviously disappointing for my clients and we tried to make the best of it. Warnings should have been posted on the website.

The whole course was just aerated and is like playing in west Texas. I really like the course and will play it again but, right now it should be $25, not $56. I hate to be negative about Hampton because the staff is always nice and is a course that I like to hit a couple times per year. I wouldn’t have played it knowing the current conditions. I would suggest waiting until waiting for early April before playing there.

I was really looking forward to playing this course again because when I played last summer it was in great shape but today the fairways and greens were aerated which was not noted when booking and the price was still the same.

With that said the staff was friendly and the burgers are awesome!

Will wait until summer to try again.

Fairways recently punched. Hardly any grass, mostly dirt and rocks in the fairway. Generally this is one of my go to places to play but not in these conditions.

Also the course was backed up and playing close to five hours.

Recently aerated, greens r bouncy, fairways r thin, bumpy & dry, but cost reflects that

fairways and greens have been recently aerated. so the greens weren't close to how they will normally be. But hopefully the maintenance will prove invaluable in future rounds

Had great weather, course in good condition for the time of the year, hit some really bad shots, but a great time was had.
