Hampton Golf Village

The greens were the hardest greens I have ever played. Lob wedge from 80 yards in would bounce and roll 25 ft with no divot. Tight narrow fairways with wooded OOBs on many holes. Par 5s are all 3 shotters unless you are Bryson off the tee. Large swampy hazards on several holes. Never found a bunker once though. If the ball was miss hit, it was a drop on most holes. No real water hazards to speak of other than the large patches of swamp that occasionally cross through a hole. Probably really fun for people who like to think their way around a course with irons and hybrids off the tees, but not great for a relaxing day on the course.

This time grass getting ready to come out. Greens were in great shape the snack bar was fast and friendly. The pro shop personal were very nice.

The course was in good shape for the season. Greens were in good shape for early season.

Great course for the price! First 9 is tricky, but opens up on the back 9. Greens were in awesome shape! Will definitely be back!

3 groups on every hole. They need to pair folks together.

Greens good, tees fair, traps fair, layout excellent

All of their hard work in early spring is starting to show. Fairways and Tee boxes are not there yet but the greens are really good. The pace of play was real poor for a Monday but then again the course was 100% full.

Tee boxes aren’t in good shape they need some love. They aerated the fairways recently as well. Iknow there has been a lot of rain recently so there were some muddy spots on some holes. Greens were in pretty good shape. The course needs some warm weather for the Bermuda to start growing and it doesn’t need any more rain. .I love the layout of this course and will definitely be back

First time played since last summer. Fairways were really rough after aeration. Sometimes it was difficult to find a spot to hit from. It was like hitting from a divot all of the time. Greens were decent though inconsistent. Will probably be in good shape in a month.

Tee boxes were in bad shape. Greens look like they’d been aerated not too long ago. Fairways had been too.

Great course lay out and good condition.

Green was slower than expected.
