Golf Club At Wescott Plantation - Burn Kill Course
About
The Golf Club at Westcott Plantation is a 27-hole course that is situated within one of the area's oldest plantations. The beauty of the Lowcountry is evident throughout the golf course with centuries-old oak trees framing all the layouts and lush vegetation along every hole. The names of the courses: Oak Forest, Burn Kill, and Black Robin, all have origins in the plantation's history. Burn Kill is tighter off the tees than Oak Forest, but more generous than Black Robin. The golf course has a classic bunkering style and there are streams, ponds, and wetlands interspersed throughout for added challenge. The 8th hole is one of the most unique holes of the entire course. On this par 3, the black and blue tees attack the green from a completely different angle than the white, green, and red.

Golfer Reviews
Great Value, layout and conditions
The staff were very hospitable from pro shop to starter. The course was in good shape, doglegs, layups and water made it challenging, but fun. Pretty course.
Played Round Robin on the back. - same conditions and fun to play.
Great course
Good course with 3-9 hole courses. Staff is great, nice practice range. Pace of play is slow, average 4-5 hours per round.
Great Course
We enjoyed playing this course. The layout offer good challenge and the greens were very fast and always undulated. We like that. It was a nice sunny day but the wind was a bit on the cool side.
For the money, can't beat it!
Using a great coupon code I played 18 for less than 5 bucks! All 3 nines are great and greens were surprisingly good and fast for this time of the year. Can't say enough about it for the money!
Nice course
Greens in good shape for the middle of January cart path only due to recent storms. But it was a great day of fun 39..41
Excellent Track!
The golf course is in great shape. The greens are particularly good -- quick and true. The staff is very friendly from the pro shop to the bag check. And the service st the outdoor grill is first class!!
Pleasurable experence
This course, which I have played many times , always seems to deliver. The conditions are always good, the greens well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Having three 9''s is a bonus as you often get a different look depending on which two you play and in what order. Nearby houses do not impact on play. Nature is always evident. Just an all around good expierence and good value.
Overbooked
Great course and excellent conditions, but the pace of play was terrible. The course was way overbooked and we didn’t even finish our round... 15 holes only and that took 5 hours.
Great layout good condition.
The course layout is great. The greens were in good shape. Some greens had a little debri on them. Bunkers were in great shape. The course allows chip and run shots. Overall it was a great experience.
nice place to play
Nice Course, forgiving off the tee, in good shape and staff was very friendly
