Great Value
Best value in Sarasota. The staff is excellent, super friendly and go out if their way to make you feel like a part of the club. If you are a working man/woman, not looking to break the bank , this is your course.
The affordable makes it super accessible compared to the high dollar country clubs. The membership prices can't be beat anywhere. I highly suggest playing in their MWF leagues.
Awesome practice facility for the price, unbeatable.
Vacation golf
Understanding, not knowing they had lost sprinklers, the condition today was surprising, what they have done in a little time. Can't wait to play when it is back to normal. Layout for us amateurs is perfect..
Staff was very outstanding, friendly, helpful and a very good value.
Not enough grass
The tees, fairways and greens really lacked grass.
We paid about $38 each for a 9 hole rate...that puts this course in the $75-$80 range for 18 holes.
Bad value given the course conditions.
GREENS WERE ABHORRENT!

Regular golfer
This is probably the best deal in Sarasota to just go play a round of golf. The pro shop as well as the outside staff couldn't be more friendly. The course is generally well maintained and has some challenging aspects. Though the area has lacked rainfall so far this year I have found this course to be open for play even when conditions are too wet to play some of the neighboring courses.

Great course
The greens are impeccable. I love this short course.
Overall, positive
My one issue was since it was my 1st time playing here, AND I was by myself, I didnt know where any hazards were on each hole. Not Indicated on scorecard, or on a map(sometimes on the cart). Please add this inexpensive little enhancement. TY
Should have stayed home
I made a reservation on-line and upon arrival I was told there was a scramble under way and we couldn’t get out. The gentleman in the pro-shop gave us an option to play the back nine twice. Not sure how I was allowed to book if there was a scramble underway and a middle school event about to start.
I don’t like to write reviews that are not complementary, but wanted my fellow duffers to know that this course is not worth the time or money

Not worth the money
With a little TLC, $$$$ it could be very nice course

Very poor overall course conditions.
Par 3 Tee Box more like bunkers. Lots of sand. Fairways had little grass and couldn’t take a half decent divot. Area around the greens were very rough and sparse. The one positive was that most of the greens were in good shape and fast. Booked on Golf Now for $37 USD. Similar course conditions back home would have cost about $20 USD at the clubhouse. I’d say you get what you pay for but this fell short. Played another course yesterday for $45 USD and it was in great shape.

Nice surprise
This is the first time playing here since last year and the golf course maintenance has been working very hard on the course and it shows. The fairways are nice, the greens are in excellent shape.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. The GM spoke to and called everyone by their names. Comfortable place.
It may be a short course but it is challenging and fun to play.
Your local par three.
Short course, it seems like most of the back nine is spitting distance. Presented some interesting challenges, but if you're looking to bear down with a driver this isn't the place. Greens were like putting on concrete, and needed some work. Staff were friendly. Overall not a bad two and a half hours for the money.

Just needs about a month without play. Tees don’t have grass. Some of the greens are rough. I bet it was a nice course about 25 years ago.

Lots of par 3s
We got to play at a discounted rate-not sure if I’d pay full price but there are not a lot of options in the area. Lots of par 3s on the back-some can get a little hairy if the group behind you is close-FORE! Front 9 is definitely nicer. Still not a bad course, fast gas carts-great service. Emily at the bar is a delight! Probably playing again this weekend!
