Old Union Golf Course

Very wet but to be expected after huge rains and yet it played very well. Greens were surprisingly good and look forward to playing again later in the year. Great N Ga golf for the day before Christmas!

Well designed layout! With a bit more work,can be one of the finest courses you will ever play.tee boxes for every level. A true gem.

Friends and I frequently play here due to the quality of the fairways and greens, the serenity and the value. Not overpriced like Brasstown and less mountainous than Butternut Creek. Staff is friendly. Good practice area. The golf carts are worn out but I'll live with that given the other strengths.

Great layout and has major potential. Greens are extremely patchy. Great value but needs some TLC.

This is the third time playing Old Union and as I start to get the lay of the course I’m finding it really enjoyable. Great layout with several teeing options for all handicap golfers. First time the pace of play was a little bit of an issue but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment and we will definitely make this course a regular stop 8n our local rotation.

Love this golf course. Has some challenging holes ,, IF you know the hole you can better hit your spot. Has some"forgiving" holes - would of given a higher start rating for course condition, but about 7 greens are "scorched" BUT....not bad to putt over the spots.

We WILL go on the Wednesday seniors deal of $22 !

The greens were some of the worst I've played. I've never played on greens that had so many ball marks in need of repair not to mention the scuff marks & bald spots. Course layout is nice but the course as a whole needs a bit of TLC.

Greens were unplayable. Sand traps are in terrible shape. Fairways were decent. The staff was subpar. Will never return and would recommend this course to no one.

greens unplayable in this condition. they were scalped in many places ball marks not fixed by many golfers and/or the staff. Very rough did not even try to putt on four greens

We were pleasantly surprised to find this course. Everything was very well groomed and the cart paths were wide and smoothe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The club offered everything we needed. The course was challenging but fun. We look forward to returning.

While not up to the condition of 8 years ago--I was surprised it wasn't too bad. Fairways were good, rough was a little too high and greens were spotty as if some fungus had gotten into them--but were still puttable.

It looks like they are addressing the issues--I would play it again--good value.

This was at one time a good track. It has gone down in condition. Although the fairway were decent, the rough had not been cut in at least two weeks and had weeds a plenty. The sand traps had lost so much sand that gravel was coming up. I chose not to play out of many of them because I didn’t want to bugger up my sand wedge. The greens were the worst. I’d say don’t waste your money. There are other great courses in the area.

Yes it’s the week of July 4th. But the course was ridiculously overcrowded. No starter and minimal staff. Course had so much clover we spent lots of time dodging bees. Layout is difficult and way to many sand traps next to greens. We did not enjoy this course and left after 9 holes.

Great course in great shape....loved it played all 3 nines....will be back again....great staff

Course was in perfect condition. Greens were bent grass and really nice. Fairways were cut pretty well considering in rained hard the night before
