Sunset Hills Golf Course - Par 3 Course

This course is a county park course designed just for those learning to play. Staff is great and edited my golf now booking to charge me less for my kids. Junior golfers golf for $5 on the par 3. 9 hole Par 31 was perfect for me and the kids. Pace of play was just right for the course. It’s nothing special, bust it is just right for what I was trying to do with my kids.

This short par course was a lot of fun. Not crowded, easy holes for beginner players. My only complaint would be the greens throughout the course.

Best deal in Charlotte area. Drive here 30 minutes because of the fair pricing. No pressure on this course. I’ve played the 9 hole course a few times and it is a lot of fun and perfect for a beginner like me

Love this course! I just got into golf about a year ago and I play it often.

Took my 6 year old son out for his first time golfing and really just wanted to have a good time. Didn’t have much high expectations for a course at this price but they blew me away. The greens and on the short course are better than most I have seen in the area.

Fun place to play and get some good practice swings in. The cost is fairly priced.

This course is normally a great time. However didn’t seem like much up keep had been done. Lots of leafs and very long grass in the fairways.

Honestly as a beginner this place is perfect. The short course is great. Mostly par 3 and a couple par 4 holes. Great place to practice. Nice people. Nice golfers. Hotdogs not so bad either.
