The Tradition Golf Club

All 4 of us enjoyed the course. It was dry and warm. The greens are excellent (and fast!). The surprise came after the round when I went to get a burger and was charged $16.00. Seems they are taking a price gouging page from stadiums and concert venues. Next I'll have to have a clear plastic bag for carrying anything...

This is a very nice property and a good layout, using the nice amount of elevations and drops well. Hazards are smartly placed and the challenge is fair but not too challenging. The holes run through lots of trees. Fairways aren't narrow but wayward tee shots can get lost. The greens have very good slope and mounds and are pretty quick. They usually have a bunker on one side or the other and open fronts. There is also a creek that runs through many holes that play into decision making on carries. Variety is good too, with a number of long par-4s and short par-4s and short and long par-3s. Most of the course and hazards are visible and in front of you, but there are some nice spots with blind shots. A good course to play if you are in the area.

A solid classic course/layout nearby home. Nothing too crazy good/bad but maintained well. Greens ran medium/fast and pretty true. Please fix your divots people!

Course has a nice design and layout. Maintained a little loosely. Greens are all burnt and in rough shape. Like putting on on concrete. Ball marks all over the greens that other golfers did not repair.

My husband and I had a 12:50 tee time but we arrived early to warm up at the range. The pro was friendly and offered us an earlier start if we'd like, so we hit a few balls and went to the tee. Since we were a twosome, the 4 men at the tee allowed us to go first and we made sure not to hold them up. The greens were in nice shape and challenging. The fairways had several tight lies but it was fun to play there and it only took 3:45 to finish our 18 hole round.

Good course to work on your game; greens are pretty good but I hear that they’re converting over to MiniVerde which will be nice. All fairways play as lateral hazards but there’s enough fairway to stay in.

Good course my only issue is that people don't seem to realize how or just wont repair divots on the green, and every time I play here there really doesn't seem to be any golf common sense I always seem to get behind a slow group that never lets you play through. For the money and location its a good value

Greens are good (not great), but if players don't repair their divots, I don't see how these greens will last through the summer.

Great layout great course but tee boxes need a little work

Greens were fast and true, some holes are narrow so you better be straight with your drives. Good value and pace of play was excellent for a weekend round

Gorgeous day at the Tradition. Played back nine first. Fairways are coming in nicely. Greens rolled true. Played in 3:15 on a weekday afternoon which was nice. Enjoyed the consistency of the greens. Course is priced appropriately. First time playing here this season but enjoyed the round like always.
