Great short course
Tip- play from the back tees. Your going to get to try some distance from your long irons better than the middle tees. But overall it’s better than just a par 3 course. Enough short par 4s to keep it interesting. The wife and I had a great time. Greens are a little slow and shaggy but great change of pace course.
NICE 9 HOLE COURSE
We played the 9 hole Learning course. Totally enjoyed it as I shot 2 under with a couple of mulligans.
Sunset Hills Practice 9-hole Short Course
Good for refining game. Was very wet today (I assume from dew, sprinklers, rain the day before). Muddy areas on a few holes.
It’s not great, but it’s cheap
Great course for the price. But definitely not on par with courses at higher price points. For an after work round at a low price, you can’t beat it! Plus you can get though nine holes on the learning course in an hour. Strong recommend for beginners and people that enjoy golfing with a friend.
9 Hole Practice Course
Great place to improve game and practice various clubs, length of shots, different strategies. Course was not crowded at all at 7:30 am and perfect to avoid Summer heat.
Great learning course
This is a great course for first time golfers. Take lessons somewhere and then go here to hone your skills.
Good practice course
Played there a day prior to playing a round at Redbridge to try out my new wedges. We played from the black tees, walked the course and treated every hole like a par 3 (no drivers or woods).
The fairways were in good shape. Greens were firm, but slow. Overall it was enjoyable and way more than I expected for the pirice
Don’t
Don’t waste your time. Paid up front. Was told we were getting carts, and one of us couldn’t walk. Get there no carts, they wouldn’t give us a refund. Never even played.
Warm Up Round
We played this course as a warm up round before playing other courses. It is good for irons and short game. Greens are very small and very SLOW. Very friendly staff. Carts are a little beat down. Overall a decent little course.
Beats driving range for fine tuning short game
Great little learning course. Even pulled out my driver on one hole. Price is right, course is in good shape, and staff is uber friendly. Just remember, it is a learning course, and all skill levels and ages can be out there with you, so don't expect the course marshal to enforce pace of play. Might want to call pro shop to avoid peak times.
