Sandpiper Golf Club - Oaks/Lakes Course

Fairways and greens in good condition...had to play the Lakes 9 holes twice due to tournament play on the other 2 nines but if the Lakes 9 is any indication the course is in very good condition and fun to play

This course needs management top to bottom including restaurant and green keeper.

The course is in excellent shape, especially the terrific greens. The after 2pm rate is unbeatable

The tee boxes were in great condition. Much of the fairways are a bit hard, but plenty of good spots as well. Just off the main fairway and it's hard surface. The greens were in perfect condition and roll a bit slow but true. I played by myself, no one in front of me the whole time, and this was a Tuesday around noon.

To many 2 somes not marked vary well from hole to hole. No drink cart.

We hit the tee box at 2:08 pm. The price for playing after 2 pm is $23. This is a bargain. The course and especially the greens were in great shape. The pace of play was outstanding. No one pushed us and we never had to wait even though the course had lots of traffic. The layout of Sandpiper is not easy or too difficult. It is fun to play and reasonably priced.

Bunkers, the snack bar attached to the course, has great sandwiches.

I was impressed with the 3 different layouts. Greens are a little on the smaller size but are in great shape and roll very well

Several sets of tee blocks will suit shorter to long hitters.

I've come back and will play course again

Was going to ask for a free round for all the sand traps I raked. Course was in good shape green were the best I have played in quite some time.

Nice that they have so many tee to accommodate all level players.

Sand traps could use a deep raking. Some were hard packed.

The golf course is in good to very good condition. We had a friend that wanted to join us at the last minute and was happily accommodated! There was quite a crowd at the course but the pace of play was fantastic... it seemed like we were the only ones on the course. Great afternoon!

Lakes nine was nice with good greens, but the greens on the Palms were furry and slow.

Sandpiper was crowded but the starter did a great job of managing the traffic. We did not encounter any delays. Considering the lack of rain the course was in above average condition. The greens were in fabulous shape. They are the size of a postage stamp but are in great condition.

Both my partner and I screwed up the last hole (par 5) on the Oaks course. We asked the marshal if we could replay the hole and he said "yes". We did much better the second time playing the hole.

We went to Bunkers afterward. This is the snack bar attached to the golf course. The waitress was very nice and helpful. It was packed but like the starter she managed the traffic. The food was great and the drinks were cold.

We will definitely come back.

This was the first time playing this course. I have driven by this course several times on the way to Renaissance club but had never stopped here, glad I did finally. The course was full but pace of play was fast. Conditions were excellent. We played oaks/lakes and all the greens and fringe/collars surrounding greens were perfect. Most fairways were in excellent shape. Lots of water but not a lot of woods. Overall excellent time. Oh and for winter, the rates are pretty good too.
