Been going to this course for a while. It always in better shape the next time I come. Great course and very fun. Staff is great and the new water fountains throughout the course are a touch of class.

Don in the clubhouse was very rude and unprofessional. Although the course was in good shape and Helga's food was as excellent as ever, I may never go back just because of Don.

Good layout, great condition, has matured nicely over the years.

It's nice to play a course that is well kept and not a gazillion yards long. There is a very good mix of holes that allow you to use all of your clubs. This is a fun course for the average skill golfer that wants to be able to have a chance to shoot a good score. Highly recommend.

Played as a single and was hooked up with friendly couple. The course was in very good shape, greens running true, sand was a little rough. I was trying out a new driver, so had plenty of practice with my sand wedge. No houses...no noise, very peaceful. I will be back soon to play it again.

This is a secret hidden over in winder area. Awesome course and very affordable. Would stack up against any courses I've played.

Overall tees to greens in great condition, some of the best in metro area comparable to Achasta, Crystal Falls, Chattahochee, Reunion & other big name courses. Enjoyable day, Have refreshments in clubhouse & ice available on a hot day

Please ignore the ratings for pace of play. It took me 6 hours to play all 18 holes, but this was only my 3rd full 18 hole round and I shot a 147. I'm a rank beginner and topped a lot of shots and spent a good deal of time looking for the ball. I sacrificed about 8 golf balls to the golf gods on this course. They gave a couple back at one of the waste areas though.

It was a beautiful course. Continued to impress on me the addiction that is the game of golf. I had a wonderful time here and would recommend this course to anyone who plays. Some of the fairways were narrow, or had curves in them that would present a real challenge to an experienced golfer and they still had some holes that gave the rank beginner like me a thrill and feeling of success. Like one par 3 where I got a GIR for the first time ever.

The course was in great shape. Played late Sunday afternoon and the pace was very quick. Under 4 hours. Deer and Turkey were on the move.

Had a great outing at the Chimneys this weekend. They have the entire course in GREAT playing condition.

Course in great shape. Greens are perfect. Chimneys staff always does a great job on course and in clubhouse.

First time to play this course. Rolling hills throughout. Some of the par 4's were short enough to tempt you to try to drive the green, a great risk/reward actually....sometimes successful, sometimes disastrous, but very fun either way. Worth the drive from Norcross. Will definitely play there again.

This my home course . I love it. I wish there was more water as it was very hot but I enjoy my time there

This is a fun course to play. Not real difficult, but does pose challenges. Very well kept, greens were really nice also.

The Chimneys Golf Course was such an excellent experience. My friends and I stumbled upon it during a recent trip to Athens, GA, and it simply blew away our expectations. The course is beautiful and well maintained. It is challenging to the average golfer, but several short par 4s might lessen the appeal to those playing at scratch. Highly reccomend the Chimneys.

Glad to see the city of Winder took on a job and has done well, course is looking great.
