Nice short course
Nursing a hand injury so this was a great little course to get out on without too much stress on the injury. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were good. Tee boxes were a little rough and uneven. Nice layout with a few challenges. Would play it again. Easter brunch smelled delicious and had a line to get in so the food must be good too.
Great For Irons
This is my second time playing this short course. It is fun and challenging! The goal was to practice mid-range and short game, and this course is truly structured for this. Loved it!
Good Round
We were paired with a lovely couple from Europe. Perfect weather , no slowdowns.
Will be back!
Pretty good!
It is a small course but it was in above average condition. Great layout to practice your irons.
Know before you go
This is basically an Executive Course all par 3’a and 4’s on the front nine and one par 5 on the back. Club house was locked up by 3:30 so no way to use the bathroom at the turn or buy a beer. Had to ask for a scorecard since they did not have one on the cart when we started to play. Sorry we picked this one.
Typical Florida Course -- not a good thing
Fairways and tee boxes are lacking grass and full of divots. Ball rolls true on the green. No employee other than the ranger was particularly friendly. Definitely would not play it again
Springtree still needs some help
As a single - I got paired up with someone 40 years older than me (I’m in my 50s - do the math). Not a good first impression. The clubhouse is modern and staff were friendly enough. For a course that was recently renovated - it wasn’t in great shape. Tee boxes were a disaster. Fairways were thin, had brown and dirt patches - and some weeds. Sod had been laid in a few places. No real difference between fairway and rough. Leaves coating fairways often made it hard to find ball. Bunkers were ok - but not exactly white sand. For $55 as a “non resident” there are plenty of better short courses. Maybe they cater to residents…it felt that way.
The course has improved
We played 18 holes in 3 1/2 hours that wasn't bad
The course car path been redone looks wonderful and the fairway on the power of fives been improved. It's always a pleasure and fun playing at this course. Thank you.
