Decent Course / Greens could use work
This is a decent course, championship tee box on several holes make the tee shot challenging. I would have to say the greens need work. There are weeds in several greens here and there. The greens do roll rather fast with hardly any bite to them every time I have played here.
Definitely not worth the $65 that is advertised to play a weekend round. Save your money and play an afternoon round. If the greens were in a lot better shape I would give the course 2 thumbs up.
Slow Slow Slow
Did not know Tuesday's were reduced rate. We waited on every single shot. Course way too crowded to enjoy the round. Stay away on Tuesdays unless you don't mind a 5 hour round.
Beware earliest tee times = no advantage
I woke up at 5:30am for a 6:30 am tee time. We had 3 players and were first off one of the nines. Made the turn and ran into a 4-some on the back nine. How does this happen? We called the clubhouse, they said they put players out on all the nines. Additionally, the group in front of us played so slow, there was a hole open in front of them, marshall knew it, told us and did nothing to speed them up. I'll not book another time at Bradshaw Farms. No advantage to getting up early for the first tee time.
greens need time
The red and white courses had there greens done 3 weeks ago. They are still in terrible shape. They need several weeks to be playable. The fairways were in good shape, but the greens were so bad I wouldn't go back for a while
Great Course!
Second time I played this course in as many weeks. I love the layout and open fairways with some challenging shots as well. Tee boxes were good, fairways had some dead spots but overall good, bunkers well kept. The greens are starting to get a little dry and are pretty sandy but still roll true and does not bother the playability. I definitely recommend this course. he are 27 holes. I have only played the red and the white. There are a couple nice elevated tee shots as well. Fun course!
As advertised...sort of
We've been playing Bradshaw for 15 years. It's a good track with plenty of challenge for any golfer.
My problem with our most recent round is two-fold. First, the time advertised on GolfNow was for the "Red" nine. This means that the "red" nice is your front and "white" the back. We prefer this setup as opposed to the "blue" to "red" as we were instructed to play. This was very disappointing. Additionally, the greens had been recently aerated and sanded, a piece of information that should be disclosed when you make the tee time. Not cool.
Second, and more seriously, was the lack of respect of the check-in gentleman at the clubhouse. One of the players in front of me in the payment line had one leg (with a prosthetic of course) and asked for a handicapped flag. This request was answered with a deep sigh and paperwork for him to fill out. He did not have his handicapped mirror tag, which apparently is required, but, come on, the guy clearly had only one leg. This is shameful behavior and should never be tolerated.
The course played well overall, the fairways were in great shape. The only play suggestion is to make sure every cart has a pin position sheet and an overview of the holes.
Good deal
I played both the Red and Blue 9's just a day after several days of rain. The course was in great shape despite the rain and played very true. Several of the holes gave you different choices for how to play it and was in a beautiful setting. I would recommend this if you are looking for a good round in a relaxing environment.
Overall good experience
My group really had a good time. The course is in good shape, and the pace of play is good as well.
Bradshaw Farms
Front 9 had a good pace but back 9 was hit & wait, hit & wait.
Early fast round
We had a great time golfing at Bradshaw Farms. We started at 7:48 and we were done in less than 4 hours. We never saw the people in front of us or behind us. It was really nice and quiet on the course.
The greens were in very good shape and the course is fun.
We played the white and blue course.
I will be back again soon.
nice course
This course has wonderful features with the hills and bottom land, with the lakes, we enjoyed it.
Nice place to play
Was looking for a place between Cumming and Canton to meet with a friend. Found this place on GolfNow and decided to give it a shot. Great course for the money and the staff was accommodating. Will definitely return as this will be our meeting place for a while.
Good course but pricey
Hey the greens on this course are pristine. The course plays fairly well with some challenge but plenty of wide fairways. Distance control is a must to miss the hazards. The number one complaint I have with this course is it is 65 bucks to play a round before 2 pm. I can't afford it most of the time but would play here all the time if it was less.
Challenging but fair
Course in good shape but the fairways are not filled in yet.
Great condition
One of the best courses in the area. The staff is friendly and the course is maintained very well.
Disappointed
Course conditions were terrible sand traps were like cement they had been racked about 2 weeks ago!! I would expect the fairways to be in this condition in March even April but May unexceptable. I did pay $17 for the round and that's the course Ithey are offering, I guess I got my money's worth will not be back.
I guess you were not here for the bad winter.
Course is in great shape.
Great layout. Challenging greens. Course is in great shape. Only downside was big backup at the turn, but clubhouse readily accomodated us swapping to a different nine.
Nice open course
Was great course. Lot of water I had my best game there
Out of Town
I'm not from the area. I really enjoyed this course. It is somewhat challenging but fair. The course was in good shape but was recently aeration.
Great staff
Da best courses I play in while , da staff made me very happy , da food is no good if service is bad !!!
I play 5 times a month and BRADSHAW FARMS IS MY NEW FAVORITE COURSE
Château Élan Stay & Play Golf Package
You should get your facts straight before you post a comment. The greens were punched July 14th and 15th and I played Aug. 1st and they rolled very well. Try the teaching pro he is really good at giving putting lessons.
