The Pines is one of two championship golf courses at Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac. It and the Cypress Course share a gently rolling landscape that is sprinkled with mature trees, which frame the views from the elevated tees. While they share the same terrain, the courses offer very different challenges. The lengthier Cypress requires both distance and accuracy while the Pines Course will get you thinking. It is a shot maker's course that will test a variety of skills. Course management is key as is a well thought out strategy for every hole. The layout features undulating greens and tree-lined fairways that also place a premium on accurate shot placement. In addition to the golf courses, Woodmont C.C. also has a driving range and two putting greens for golfers to use.

Construction not an issue

Read previous reviews about construction being a concern. That’s really not the case. May not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but it has no effect on play. No noise either. My only wish was that there was a driving range, but they said they are installing in nets soon. Would rather a range..

Challenging, good layout, fine fairways/greens and friendly staff. They gave me a free water upon check in too.

Visiting and reviews were good. Construction going on.no mention on Golf Now. Bag drop and maintenance were great but the Pines is a disaster and the back nine had some good holes but between construction. And being new to the course it was a mess

too noisy

too bad there is so much construction around de first 9. Course fairway is dry so the greens. The big trucks on fairways sides on 2 or three fairways are disturbing and so the construction.

The second 9 is better, but there's a big work of layout to do on all the course. Maybe in 3 - 4 years it's gonna be better. But for now, it doesn't worth the price.

This land was so nice with the woods around... Now... homes and condos.... not sure it's gonna be nice to play there....
