Pines at Woodmont Country Club

The greens are receptive and roll true, few patches here and there but no dirt spots. Always have a good time out here lots of challenging holes and shot shaping. For the price you can’t beat it, I can’t wait until they build a range again but I know that’s going to be a bit. Even with the rain in the area the ball didn’t plug and they bounced down the fairways. I’m a 6-8hcp and always am pleased when playing this course.

From the time we got out of our car until we finished, the staff was outstanding! We have never had this kind of CS in a very long time. kudos to your staff...from the welcome guys who picked up our bags at our car, to the bartenders and desk checkout. Great experience! We will be back

Being from out of town, especially from California, and never playing a course I felt no friendliness from the pro shop staff. They were almost emotionless and acted like they didn’t want to work. At check in, there was no hello, how you doing? Ever been here before? Nothing. Made me feel like I wasn’t privileged enough to play their course. When I came back after my round and wanted to buy a logo ball and maybe a hat. The man behind the counter made me feel I was bothering him and was not super helpful.

As for the course. It is in wonderful shape. I played from the whites and at 6100 yards it was challenging enough for my length. I played with a couple of older gentlemen who were nice and accommodating. Greens were fast, fairways were nice and cut perfectly, sand traps has nice soft sand. Fairways were fair and had a lot of room. I’ve noticed how forgiving and wide fairways are here in Florida and other states. Unlike California where fairways are much tighter. Overall a great course. I would definitely play it again if I come back to South Florida.

Always look forward to playing here. Had an early tee time but the course backed up 30 min. The starter Dave offered a chance to play a separate 9 hole course called Pines course. We had the track to ourselves and ran through it twice. Greens tan true and fairways were great. The rough was like playing a major. Great round. Thanks Dave for showing us this hidden gem.

Nice course, short but tight. Blue tees are only 6500 yards, but it has water, ob and various challenges. Water across a couple of fairways require distance control. But course is fair and forgiving.

Tight course beautiful layout fast greens can’t wait to play again. These people know how to care for a course.
