The Tradition Golf Club

Played on a cold wet day. Greens were in the best shape I've seen at Tradition- not great, but good and not really slow which is a nice change of pace. The challenge is if you are off the fairway you are in deep woods with an automatic lost ball. Challenging layout and kudos for the staff to have it in much better shape than last year when I played

The Tradition Golf course exceeded most of my expectations. Great fast greens, tight running fairways, creative fun routing, effective bunker placement... for a local/public golf course Tradition is just exceptional.

The course's main defense is definitely its width, and you will pay a price if you are wild off the tee. While there are a few opportunities to grip it and rip it, most holes are protected by mature trees just ready to eat up any stray shot so being selective with your opening shot will definitely lead to lower scores.

There are holes with water and a few others demanding reasonable forced carry but nothing about the course feels manufactured or unnecessary. The bottom line is this is not your typical "2nd shot course", so if you successfully get off the tee, you will definitely enjoy your time playing TTGC.

Greens are in decent shape. Fairways are above average for this late in the season. Would recommend. Prices are ok.

This was our 2nd time visiting this course. It is quickly securing a spot in our 'golf rotation'. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The course is tight and tree-lined, requiring precision and accuracy. A very challenging and fun course to play. We also got to witness a hole in one being made. Fun times and good company to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather with. Thank you for the hospitality and can't wait to loop there again.

decent course in good shape for the time of year. My only issue is that many players on the course dont understand pace of play rules. I was a single and two some in front of me took thier time getting into carts and socializing

Although this facility has a very fine layout, it could be so much better. The greens were riddled with ball marks, teeing areas gouged, and an overall appearance of not having received the level of maintenance and care it should have.

Layout was fairly cool and the fairways and tee boxes were good. Greens were TERRIBLE. I don’t think it has rained in a week so not sure why the greens swallowed every approach shot (literally stuck in the divot a few times). Also not sure if it’s the course’s fault or the players who don’t fix their ball marks, but I had to repair like two or three in my putting line every time I putted. Would be a good value if the greens were in good shape.

Well maintained fairways and greens. Cart path could use some work, but overall nice experience.

Enjoyed my round, but greens teetering on poor. PLAYERS, FIX YOUR DIVOTS! The TRADITION, not a greens keeper, but looks like you are over watering the greens.

The fairways and tee boxes were in solid shape no real issues there. The edges of the course (rough, cart path, etc) and not well maintained at all.

The greens! Were awful, they said they punched them 3 weeks ago when I played and it looked like it was done 2 days ago. The greens were very furry and impossible to predict. It’s not worth anything over $30. The greens are that bad.

Staff was very nice, no problems there. Just waaayy over priced.
