Course was very wet and not in good shape
Pace of play was excellent. We played the round as a twosome in 3.5 hours. However the course was very wet in many areas apparently due to over watering. Overall the course was decent, but I have seen it in better shape many times.
Great Value
Pace of play was great. Course was over watered. Friendly staff, always a good experience playing there.
Less watered and thicker fairways would help
Good layout with challenging approaches. It was too bad that the fairway grass was sparse and they were over watering. Hopefully the conditions will improve.
Slow Play
Our first nine on the east course was extremely slow, after nine we received permission to move to the west course which went a whole lot better.
Course is in ok conduction, nothing special.
Rough Shape
I arrived to a prompt reception from a friendly staff member who assisted me with my bag, proceeded to the club house to check in where there was a wonderful woman at the desk assisting guests. The starter sent me right out which at the moment seemed great because things were moving along so smoothly until I realized the starter just have let everyone who pulled up go right out including a group of 5 in front of me, needless to say the pace of play was horrible there was no pace I had to check myself for a pulse halfway through. The east course is in really rough shape, the bunkers look like cement pits and the course looks like a cow pasture, very disappointing.

Back in the days the course was with all likelihood top notch. The layout of the course is very good!
Unfortunately the course hasn’t been maintained for some time (years). It was a quite poor experience, from the tee boxes, through the fairways to the greens, it was just bad. Hardly no grass on the fairways nor the tee boxes. Greens: some kind of patch work and absolutely no consistency.
I’m sad to say, but it was just bad! Will not go back, nor can I recommend this course.

Great course . Tees on back nine of East need some work. Also directional signs could be improved especially where crossing the streets
What a dump
Just moved here first time playing. The course was rated very well and had a $35 hot deal on golf now. Played three holes before I turned back to head to the pro shop. The tea boxes were an even you could not even get a good stance. The fairways were literally ground under repair. The sand traps had grass patches in them. And the pro shop refused to give me my money back. Do not play here !
First time playing
Went out at 3pm. Not too crowded which was good. Never saw a starter. If you are a low handicap golf you may have issues with the pace-but that's not me! The twosome behind us told us not to worry, have fun. Finished the round in 4 hours. Will definitely put this course in my rotation!
