About
Wentworth Golf Club is routed through a scenic and varied landscape of woods and wetlands. At 6,459 yards, the golf course is relatively short but it offers a demanding, target-style layout. The course has narrow fairways and small greens that run fast. The front nine is routed through towering stands of cypress trees, pines, and mature oaks while the back nine has a more links-style layout that will test your shot-making skills. Water hazards come into play on several holes but the far more prominent features of the course are the massive bunkers that lurk beside the fairways and greens, ready to swallow even slightly errant shots. Careful strategy is required throughout the course in order to avoid losing balls. In addition to the challenging layout, Wentworth G.C. boasts superb conditions that are considered some of the area's best.

Challenging Course w/ a Great Finish!
We play Wentworth often - the greens are some of the best in the area w/ fairways that unfortunately are a bit dormant in areas for winter! Truly enjoy the layout and the challenge of putting the ball on some tight fairways - this makes for a tough round if you don't hit 'em straight or account for some aggressive slopes. Afterwards, we usually hit the clubhouse for dinner and a beverage - really good food at reasonable prices. Lastly, we've always been treated well by the staff and always enjoy seeing them.. Get out and play Wentworth - well worth the trip!

Course conditions
Tee boxes rough, most greens are in good shape, several under repair
Got there a little early & was told they weren’t that busy & would get us (2) off in a couple minutes with a 3ed
Had to wait at every tee
Have played here several times and never had to wait this much

Wentworth
Enjoyed my round. Slow day. Not many players. Lots of room on putting green, chipping etc. greens in good shape. Traps were good. Very windy day. Very narrow course. Lots of water. Would play again.

Enjoyable
First visit, course tight and narrow, good pace of play and friendly greeting/staff. Conditions average but fine for what we paid as not looking for top quality golf courses. Would go back

Holes very narrow a lot of water and sand traps carts need up dated

Golf Now Ripoff
I got charged over $10 as a convenience fee for booking a tee time and then charged the regular course rate. There is absolutely no advantage to using Golf Now, and it will cost you more than the course charges. Even the course employees said that Golf Now is just a ripoff.

demanding
Very demanding course with strategically placed bunkers and narrow fairways. Several greens have deceptive beaks on them. Reminds me of my home course. Corse beats me but I am willing to challenge it again. Played from the white tees but should move to the senior tees. Like the challenge from the whites.
