The course is in the middle of renovation. Greens had been hollow cored. I was not told of the new layout, and no clear signage. GPS didn’t work. Very frustrating!!
Great Course
Really enjoyed my game here. Got paired up with 3 young lads and we all enjoyed it a lot. Course was in great condition. Nice variety of holes and challenges. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Was hungry when we finished but the kitchen in the clubhouse closes at 3 (Tuesday) with was a pity. This would not discourage me from returning however… i’ll just book an earlier tee time next time!
Lucan golf
Lovely course, front 9 and back 9 like 2 different courses. Greens in fantastic condition for time of year. Course undergoing a few changes needs more signs for correct layout hole 7 closed and no directions towards the new 7th. No complaints on actual course
There were three temporary greens, other than that everything was fine.
Gr8 little course
Greens in great nick, course was playing well. We got lucky with the weather. A nice evening on this little gem

Pace of Play
Frustrating game. It took over an hour to play 3 holes. No etiquette in allowing faster groups to play through. I’m all for beginners playing but sharing a golf bag and clubs holding up 3 other groups is ridiculous. I won’t be returning. The attitude from the clubhouse is shocking. Quote, “members have privileges” a privilege in not allowing quicker groups to play through? Needless to say we didn’t get a full round in starting at 4.30. Advice to the clubhouse. You’re not The Hermitage or Carton House infact there’s more golf etiquette In the local par 3.
Well maintained course
Well maintained course with some interesting shots (a couple over a small road). Greens were in great condition. Lovely matured trees along the fairways.
Staff shop was closed and no staff in sight. Pace of play was rather slow.
