I like this course

this was maybe the fourth time I played here and it has grown on me...some holes are not that difficult, others have water to fly and lots of sand traps...has a lot of elevation changes for a near coastal course and plenty of dog legs...if you are a weak hitter, this might not be the course for you but if you have at least a little pop, it is worth trying

Nice Layout!

This course is a challenge with undulations, doglegs, trees and water offer plenty of difficulty which forces to work the ball. Yes, there are bare spots in the fairways but the greens are in decent shape. For the price I will definitely be back!

This course has potential

This course was extremely challenging with bunkers guarding almost every green. Not suitable for anyone who likes to run the ball up. If you do get over the traps, you are lucky if the green holds your ball. Best suited for flop shots and definitely need to know how to spin the ball. Most of the greens were in good condition. Grass was a bit worn around the cups. Occasional cup changes would be recommended. Fairways were mostly dirt. Had a hard time finding at least a little bit of grass to hit off of. Staff was great. Weather was beautiful.

Good value

Many fairways are dry and thin. Some greens were in fair condition but the course is in average condition for this time of year. Price was good and pace of play sped up after the turn. I enjoyed the round.

Has potential

Very interesting layout but unfair due to the extremely poor conditions. The course is surprisingly hilly for Florida with some elevated greens and hills that allow the ball to roll down towards water because there is no grass. Nice staff and clubhouse.

Good for the Price

The course was not in the best shape (lots of sandy patches), but it was challenging and the weather was beautiful. For the $30 price tag, it was an overall good round. The staff is very friendly and gave us an unexpected military discount as well.

Needs work

Course needs a lot of work. Bare spots on all the fairways no grass only dirt. Tee boxes mostly dirt no grass. Greens some were ok and some in bad shape. Pace of play terrible.
