Decent at best
Great layout the course has a lot of potential. We played a 4:45 round of golf no problem there we teed off at 1pm on a Saturday. Greens were not cut or rolled on a Saturday. Fairway is long, there is no rough, very spotty grass, staff was great such a great facility.
Overall I would recommend to a friend but course is in decent shape at best
An Awesome Course
Simple loved it. The next time I am in Orlando, I will play it at least three times. Great staff that meet and greet you as if you are their best friend. The hotdog has to be the best in the world and not just at Windermere. Worth the drive even if you don't go to play golf.

Challenging course, with some blind holes. Pay heed to advice from the starter.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!
bought through GN.com; arrived easy check in; very friendly; was paired even earlier than my tee time; winter conditions; started in showers and within a few minutes, showers gone and within an hour sun was out; two nice guys down from upper Mid-west escaping the cold and we enjoyed the company together...well worth the stop!

Need approach accuracy around greens
Course is challenging with many traps on all holes. Greens in great condition and "FAST" but true.
No marshalls on course and play slowed down on back side. 5 hour round with very few people on the course.
Would play again. Very reasonable cost through GolfNow.

Course in good shape
Some of the tee boxes had some long grass. Outside of that, course was in good condition. Great deal for the price.

Good course for the money
The staff was friendly and the course was in good condition. The greens were a bit slow, but somewhat playable. The pace of play was very good.

FAIR 2 GOOD
Perhaps my timing to play Windermere was not at the right time of the year or perhaps I was expecting a better manicured facility with lush greens and fairways not as hard panned as they were now. Nevertheless I would come back, at least a couple more time (and would also recommend), maybe during the springtime, when one would expect every aspect of the facility to be at its peak. But, at least for this round; the fairways were on the Hard pan side and the greens although fast, weren't as smooth as they could have been.
The staff was very friendly and professional and, since I was a walk on, the starter have me joined a threesome whom at least 2 of them, seemed to be frequent customers or even club members. My cart partner, Fred, (after we both broke the ice and engaged in cordial conversation), was my guide for the round.
In summary: a good facility with great potentials and friendly staffs and costumers.

Slow play
slow play issue with tee times every 7 mins for 4 balls, course backed up with 4 groups on one hole during round.
Course in good condition, got some challenging holes. Greens in good condition.
Fairways not running as soggy due to over watering.

Great deal!
Actually played two days, pace was fast. Greens are very big and difficult to read, so 3 putt greens are a certainty. Greens were very nice, fairways weren't perfect but in decent shape, rough I think was dormant, so only average I would say. But for the price this course is excellent. Holes are very distinctive, you can easily remember each hole. I would recommend this course.
