About
Silverado Golf & Country Club is situated just north of Tampa in scenic Zephyrhills. It is a par-71 layout but for low handicappers, it can be extended to a par 72 by turning the lengthy 10th hole into a challenging par 4. The area's natural beauty is defined by the mature oaks that date back over 100 years and the abundant wildlife, including red tail hawks, geese, and foxes. The landscape provides an excellent round of golf, which is further enhanced by the year-round temperate climate. Bunkers treacherously lurk throughout and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course offers some challenging holes but overall, it is approachable for a range of skill levels. Silverado finishes with a par 4 that requires a difficult carry in order to make it past the pond in the middle of the fairway. Those who strategize carefully will be rewarded with a birdie.

Getting there
I played there three months ago and the fairway grass was basically dead went back today and it was greenest can be rolling true also the greens were phenomenal but also tricky to put on being off-balance once the course is completely complete I plan to become a member here
Progress is painfull
Power company is running overhead lines that has limited play on this course.
Worst Staff
Stay away....play somewhere else and save your money and have a good time. Staff here are the worst...beware.
Pure Garbage
Save your money....$20 for 9 holes? $10 to play around again? Horrible staff and environment.
Stay Away From This Place
Absolutely the worst and rudest staff you will encounter in any of the area courses. Also, who hears of $20 9 hole rounds around here of thus caliber...total rip-off.
Course was in good shape.. Back nine was being being redone. Enjoyed our game.
Gurgeous huge old live oak trees
FRONT NINE CLOSED. LOOKS FOR A VERY LONG TIME. FAIRWAYS BADLY NEED WATER OR RAIN.

Nice course,
We could only play the back 9 holes due to TECO putting up new poles on the front 9. They let us know we could play the back 9 twice.
9 holes
If you are only allowed to play 9 holes twice..... Don't allow leagues ....we got to the final 9 and there was 33 people in the line up....give me a break....5HR and 30 minute round
