Was expecting better course conditions, but realize still Under renovations, was disappointed with GPS not allowing carts on the fairways. Prior notice needs to be sent out if play is cart path only.

Playes 20 years ago. New management has put a lot into the course. Great condition especially the greens.

We arrived to a huge back up due to the wait for carts. In the meantime, several people walking had tee times that were moved up, delaying us even further. Started over an hour late and back ups on every hole. Despite the dry weather, carts were not allowed on the fairways, increasing the time of play.

We were just able to finish before dark, in spite of an 11:20 tee time.

The wind was so horrendous that balls on the greens moved yards away from the hole if they did not go in immediately. First time back since the renovation. The greens and fairways were much improved.

Absolutely terrible pace of play. We had a 1:00 tee time but ended up waiting until 2:00 to play because the tee times were spread only 8 minutes apart. When we got to the first tee, there were still 5 groups ahead of us waiting to play. Definitely not worth the $65.

Have avoided coming here because of the reviews of unfair greens and sloped fairways, and more recently the price hike since the rebranding a few months ago. However....yes, some fairways are sloped and the greens are challenging, but it wasn’t that bad. If you want flat fairways and perfectly flat greens, go to your local easy course. The challenge was actually fun. Also, absolutely excellent conditions on fairways and greens. Beat in the area. Tee boxes were flat and great too. The only downside is the cost. I’d say for $20 less, this will be a good deal. However, at $80 to walk on the weekend, I’ll reserve it for a treat every once in a great while. Lastly, warning, don’t walk this course unless you’re in good shape. Definitely a recommend for me.

It took 3 hours 20 minutes play the front 9.

This course attracts some stupid players.

Also, the course is with cart play only. The last rain was 13 days ago. Stupid management decision.

It is not worthy to call its course bay area new premier course.

The views are awesome, hence the name, but my excitement for this course stopped there. Decent layout which is fun to play but the turf conditions were very off putting. The walking rate was $80, the most I’ve ever paid for walking so I expected good conditions. The course looks like the grass was planted last week in many spots. Furthermore, the pace of play was terrible. 6 hour round for a foursome. We waited every single shot behind a group of 5 on a Sunday morning, ridiculous. I would only play here again if it was $25.

I played twice in one week. The staff is very polite and nice. The food and drinks are very good, love the cheeseburgers. Never take the cart, twice the walking. Walking is a challenge but much better than the carts since the carts must stay on the paths. The greens are in great condition. the pace was perfect. My game was also perfect, like me. I wish the price was $60 for walking not 80.

Bayview golf course in Milpitas is great. They has spent money and really upgraded the greens. Staff is very friendly and nice

Things are difficult during covid but, this course does the best I've seen, of maximizing the customer experience. They do what's necessary to protect customers and staff yet, minimize the draconian CA lock down BS. Staff are friendly, professional, accommodating and very helpful. Driving range is nice. Carts are brand new. Course is fun, well maintained. They have food and drinks readily available. Bathrooms are clean and available. GREAT experience, especially when compared to other courses I've visited in 2020 that were HORRIBLE in customer service, even rude, and went WAY OVERBOARD with the BS COVID crap. This course, and it's staff were wonderful, fun, positive yet safe experience!!! Kudos!!! I'll be back!!!

Played this course in November but when we arrived it was cart path only, they said because of renovations. It is very hilly and difficult to walk, the pace of play is slow because of the cart path only rule. It is now 6 months later and I still see people complaining about the cart path only rule. Really don't understand why6 months later they still don't allow carts on the roughest walking course in the bay area.

I know they will post the default reply blah blah blah "We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Hole 4 is so heavily sloped that even a great drive ends up in the rough. Hole 8 penalizes short drivers by pushing the ball off the fairway.

Otherwise, it is a nice course with lots of variety in the layouts
