the old SCGA course

It has been a long while since I last played this course and I admit I didn't remember most of the hole layouts but the course was challenging enough for my crew. I'd play it again.

Super slow round the golf course overbooked ... They kicked us off the golf course at 5 o’clock when there was still an hour of daylight left... Teed off at 1:20 we only got 13 holes in...

Drove out from Orange Country to try and play some

new courses. Really pleased at the course design, condition and the price was a great deal. I’d play here again and have recommended it to some other friends that golf too.

Great value and course layout

This was our first time playing The golf club of RC and the drive from the OC was well worth it. Rate for a cart and the course was a great value. Course has some really nice holes and when the wind blows it presents a real challenge. In light of the high prices in Orange Country I’m sure we’ll drive out again to play at the GC of RC

Quick round

Our threesome finished in three and a half hours. A few of the greens and fairways have suffered from the winter cold and rain. Overall, the course is in good shape.

Corona Fail

The Golf Club of Rancho California demanded a $10 fee in order to use a golf cart by myself because I booked the round with Golf Now.. Should I be okay with sharing the cart with a stranger, they would waive the fee The carts, of course, have no 6 foot social distancing area. Is this even legal? I was lucky enough that no other players arrived so I was able to use a cart with no fee.

Before booking here, I suggest you call and make sure you will not have to share a cart with a stranger.

Greens are in rough shape

There are a few greens that are in terrible condition. It appears that they are working on the trouble spots but they are still there. Only recommend playing here with a deeply discounted green fee. I paid $42 thru GN.
