Just 7 miles west of downtown Riverside, Paradise Knolls Golf Club tee times will open the door to an 18-hole, par 72, course that plays 6,281 yards from the back tees, and has a slope rating of 117. Designed by Bill Wood, and opened in 1964, the course uses a combination of tree-lined fairways and greenside bunkers to create a fun, and challenging day of golf. The signature hole at Paradise Knolls is the par 3, 12th hole, which plays 230 yards from the tips, and has a green, which slopes front to back, and left to right. There is also one small lake on the course, which sits greenside of the short par 4, 5th hole. The hole plays 275 yards from the back tees, enticing players to try to drive the green, which does have a small opening between the water and a front left bunker.
Many players have made good use of their Riverside golf deals at Paradise Knolls and in addition to the great golf enjoyed their instructional programs, run by PGA Professional staff, the large practice putting green, and their 2,500 sq. ft. clubhouse, which can accommodate up to 150 guests for banquets, tournaments, and weddings. Comments from others following their Riverside tee times paints a nice picture of their experiences at Paradise Knolls Golf Club, finding the course fun and enjoyable.

3 year old on course
Unfortunately, the two couples playing in front of my group were allowed to take a 3 year old with them. The 3 year old was not confined to the cart, he had his own golf club and was on the greens with his parents. This was not only unsafe, but slowed down play considerably.
After a telephone call to the starter, a marshall talked to them and they let us play through.
Ruined a day of golf.
The course is very much improved from the last time I played there.
It seems that the owners of Paradise Knolls have listened to the golfers and given the course more attention. The maintenance of the course is very much improved.
great value
First time on this course, just wanted somewhere inexpensive to play. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. The course was well maintained and everyone was helpful and friendly. It is not a very challenging course, being short and very open, so it was very good for my friend that is still learning the game. For $29 dollars on a Saturday at 11:00 am, I will definitely play here again.
Great value on GolfNow and GolfZing!
Greens in good condition. Need some water on those fairways though. Our favorite local course!
Good value for the cost to play 18 holes.
the greens had just been sanded but overall good shape.
Very well maintained course
This is a well maintained course. Course is short but the greens were small and fairways narrow which makes it a challenge. The fairways and greens were very well kept. You can tell the people who maintains this course love their work. Even the golf carts and course rest rooms is so clean. The ambassador was very friendly and helpful. Great work guys. Will play this course again for sure.
well maintained course
just started playing golf, this was the 1st 18 hole course my son and I haved played, we were paired with a guy named Cesear, he helped us so much and was teaching us the whole time, it was very challenging but very rewarding, we will be back soon to enjoy this course.
Nice Challenge
Wind is almost always a factor as it can really blow. Back 9 can play pretty hard. Scoring on the first 5 holes is getable before the course gets more difficult on 6 and 7, with 8 and 9 being possible scoring holes with good drives. Better get 10 and 11 before this course gets really tough on 12, 13, and a pretty tough par 5 14th...then after a little breather on 15, 16 is narrow and difficult.... nice chance to finish with 17 and 18 both possible birdies.
Nice 18... Value for $. Very forgiving.
Good course for price. Had challenging holes and reachable par 5. Good for all areas of game.
GOOD COURSE
REALY ENJOY THE THIS GOLF COURSE BEAN A SCRAMBLER IT WORKS PERFECT FOR ME, THE STAFF WAS VERRY NICE.
The course is very forgiving.
The course is very forgiving with a minimal amount of hazards. Trees are the predominant factor if you hit out of the fairway.
Course was crowded, but was in good shape.
I like to play at Paradise Knolls to work on my approach game and my short game around the greens. The greens are in good shape.
Green in fair condition, fairway need some attention.
Green in fair condition, fairway need attention, golfers overall are not paying attention to other player, no or low class, dont fix divots, not warning player ahead or on next fairway or tee box when miss hit their shots. Couple times golf balls are flying over our cart and our other group players.
very quick play
the course was in good shape and the pace of play was great tee time of 10:00 and finished at 1:00 on a saturday that was great.
Course has outstanding features
The staff is great snack has a good selection, course is in good condition.
.
The greens were in good condition. The fairways were not bad but could use a little work. There is enough difficulty for the novice and intermediate player and a few holes that would prove a little difficult for the above average player. I believe the price for the course is a little high, although, being a senior does help bring the price down. Unless a course has pristine fairways and greens, the price should not be over $30.
This course you are able to walk with no problems.
Second time my wife has ever played an 18 hole course and it was a good course for her to play. Narrow in spots , but still open enough that you are not in real trouble. Good place to play for new golfer's. Will play again.
A good fun test with nice conditions.
Course is in good shape and price is more than fair I have always enjoyed this course and would recommend it to all players.
Course plays easy on front and more difficult on back nine.
The course was in reasonable shape for the time of year. The fairways were in poor shape but the approaches to the green, the tees and the greens were in exscellent shape.. Over all a good experience.
Course is not bad.
Played 2/17, this course used to really over book on weekends. They were a little backed up to start, but it spread out after a couple of holes. The course could use some attention, but a lot of courses have a lot of dead grass and P.K. has it's share. Over all the was not bad and a good deal for the money.
