Had fun today, course is always a challenge...talking on range still rummer's about back nine becoming warehouses?

This track is in the best shape in years.The greens were the best shape I have played in the whole area!!!

Great course play for the fee and includes meal ticket.

Would recommend to others.

the new management has done a good job of manicuring the course. cannot complain about the value. pace of play was great on the day that I played. Hope the management will continue with some of the improvements to make this a really nice course again

Course was pretty wide open (players) so pace was outstanding... this is a good course, but tee boxes need some work and inconsistent bunkers (some muddy, some dry)... fairways in decent shape... It has a lot of different holes so its fun to play and you can get into lots of trouble here... so hit it straight!

The greens have always been fine with lousy fairways. But now the course conditions are much improved and worth a visit. No marshal and one very slow foursome that made the pace very slow.

Was advised when we arrived that everyone had a 7 a.m. start time. It was a little squirrelly but ended up working out alright. It had been a few years and I enjoyed playing it again.

The course was in better conditions than I expected. The fairways are green, greens are in good conditions, and the course presents itself well. The tee boxes needs some work but other than that the course is good. We played early and the pace of play was good. We did not have anyone behind us for a while. It was nice not to rush shots. It was a nice round of golf.

This track seems to be getting back to what it was in the years past.The work they are putting in seems to be paying off. koo

Played a round for the first time. The pace of play was very slow. Took me 6 hours to complete. That experience alone will make a return visit a zero. Additionally I think I've drawn the conclusion that all the SB courses are just not maintained and little money put into them. Tee boxes did not have grass only dirt. Fairways had patches of dirt, not dead grass. Seems the only place they water is the greens and the area around the gazebo for wedding pictures. The constant noise of the freeway and trains made it so you had to raise your voice to be heard. Depending on where you live(30-40 miles) there are other courses where the value, conditions and scenery are better.

Nice long green fairways, greens are in great condition, and they make a really good chorizo burrito! I like everything about this course!

Played it enough to know when there’s a good hot deal, fun nice place for the weekend warriors ,always enjoy having fun with the Bruhz and fellowship with my friends.

I play Shandin Hills often so my review wont cover that. My issue is; I dont remember seeing any notification of the greens being recently punched and sanded. Me thinks they should have discounted play price or at minimum, mention it. Tough when your putt bounces like a basket ball.
