Overpriced
Small Course, condition is fine but definitely not worth the price. Not sure if it’s under new ownership or not but they definitely raised the price $100+ in my opinion not worth it for a narrow par 70 course
Good value not crowded
Started at 3:00pm and finished 18 holes exactly before dark, much better than other courses which normally can only finish 9 holes for the twilight tee time
Too pricey
Although the course is fun, the fairway lies are not great. The course has 6 par 3’s and two very short par 5. The course is steadily increasing the costs play and the course does not match with the price. Fun place for 79 -85$ but bot $119. T
Bang for the Buck
Due to the fact I have four kids I don’t get out as much anymore. I was very happy with the round yesterday. Saturday mornings are pricey everywhere and a lot of the courses shouldn’t be charging north of $100. I felt at $99 for a Saturday morning round was right where it should be. The bloody Mary’s at the turn were exactly what was need to hit the back 9. I would have no problem returning for another round.
Poor Conditions
I was looking forward to playing this course due to the positive reviews. However, the course conditions were mediocre. The fairways were patchy, with dirt areas, overgrown weeds, and different types of grasses mixed together. The first cut of next to the green was overgrown. For some reason, almost all the tee boxes were sloped left to right or right to left. As positives, the greens were in good condition, the restaurant and staff were good, and the water hazards did not smell like recycled water.
If the course conditions were upgraded and maintained, this course would be great to play, with great views, a nice layout and some challenging holes.
I would not recommend playing this course.
Way Overpriced!
This is at best a 3 star course. Short and plays somewhat like a 9 hole executive course x 2. It's unbelievable that they charge $119 for a round. Realistically it's a very average course where most golfers who know this area can play much better courses for around $60. Price gouging at its worse.
Fun course but houses on nearly every hole
Very narrow with houses on both sides of the fairways. Pace of play isn't great but it's not as bad as most courses in LA county/Inland Empire. Clubhouse is great and carts have GPS and speakers. Overall fun public CC.
More Challenging than you’d think
UHCC isn’t a long 18 but it’s a narrow one. Won’t make use of Driver a whole lot but it’s a great course to work on accuracy. Restaurant is awesome too.
Just need to be better about enforcing pace of play.
Shady UHCC
Booked a tee-time for four through Golf Now. One in my group had to cancel at the last moment. This less than adequate course decided to notify Golf Now that as a result of my group's one cancellation, I should be billed that player's rate. Garbage.
Even for the rate, know that these concrete sand traps will wreck your wedge. Tee boxes are ok. Fairways are meh. Clearly my additionally billing's helping their greens, decent shape. Good job UHCC, at least you spend my $ logically.
Never coming here again. Plenty of other courses in the I.E. to enjoy.
Great Course!
Great course. Somewhat narrow, lot's of trees. Bring your accuracy game. Challenging greens. Overall a great value for the money.
Not the best way to spend $80 in the IE.
Course was boring, pace of play was criminally slow, no marshall in sight. Greens were 6/10. Tee boxes were 5/10. I’d rather play El Prado or even Green River at this price.
