Bristow Manor Golf Club

Really enjoyed my time at this course. Great course condition with a fun, yet difficult layout. Pace of play was a little slow on the final 4 holes, but besides that, I had a great time.

Been a few years since I played this course. Greens were in excellent shape, and most fairways were too. Kitchen staff left a lot to be desired.

Got stuck behind a foursome of very slow players who wouldn't let anyone play thru. Otherwise, a good experience.

I’ve been playing here for years, but for some reason it has been several months, but today I played with my friend and we were absolutely amazed at the condition of the course the greens where is fine as any private country club I’ve played. Fairway is magnificent as well. This is a true gem for the money. Shame on Bull Run and that raspberry group for charging what they do these days because this is truly a bargain for the condition of the course. I can’t wait to play it again! Even though it can kick your Fanny.

This course is fun to play. It is fair yet challenging. It has a nice range and putting green. They have great food in the clubhouse also.

Played this course for the 3rd time this year and I must say the greens are some of the best around..There are minimal ball marks, roll great, and just look and feel good. The course layout also makes for a good challenge. A creek on the front 9 runs through many of the holes forcing you to pick your shots. Overall this course is worth playing and is a steal when you can catch it at a cheaper price later in the day.

So much water on the course, but only two water stations? It was humid and in the 90s, people need more water. That’s the only negative of my first round at Bristow Manor.

The clubhouse seemed really nice and had a nice bar.

Very nice course with some very unique hole layouts that are unusual and fun to attack. There are lots of doglegs. From the yellow tees, all par 5 holes have a layout that eliminates the driver and any hope of making it in two so being accurate with wedge is your only hope of birdie on a pat 5.

Greens in great shape, some tee boxes were very rough and not level but most were fine. Traps were on the muddy side, some had standing water.

Would come here again.

Good course. Par threes especially challenging (long). Wish people would repair ball marks more.

If you’re interested in a 6 hour round then here’s your spot. Course is fine.

Bristow Manor Golf Course is in excellent condition. Began round at 0840 and front nine greens were very receptive. Greens putted true. Temperature warmed up and we noticed the back nine greens were a little firmer and approach shots rolled out some. Fairways were green and the rough was manageable. Only critique I had were the sand traps—many had limited sand and were rather hard packed. Course staff was courteous and friendly. I recommend playing this course given its great condition.

The course conditions were amazing. This was my first round here since winter and the greens and fairways were perfect. Today for some reason there was not a starter or marshal and 1 group severely slowed down the pace of play. Still no port a johns anywhere on the course so drink wisely. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable round and I would recommend this course.

Course was in good shape…especially the greens. Probably won’t play it again. Staff was nice.

Always a good lie in the Zoysia fairways. Greens always in good condition. Bunkers always have sand. Rates are reasonable. Only complaint: club’s practice range used to have all grass tees. Now it alternates between grass and mats.
