Great green conditions
Course is in good shape, especially the greens. Good to see ACTUAL sand in some of the bunkers as well.
We love Bristow
The course was great, greens, tee boxes and fairways were excellent.
Just a couple of niggles.
I don't like playing without a warmup on the range. So I phoned before booking to check the range was open on the morning we were booking, and a lady answering the phone said it was.
We got there early to use the range and it was closed.
We were told that those calls sometimes go through to Golfnow and this how the misinformation can occur. So it sounds like a Golfnow problem.
Pace of play wasn't the fault of the course. We caught up with a foursome who insisted on playing from the back tees and 2 in the group could barely get the ball passed the ladies tees. They were all over the place. However I'm not sure how a course can manage groups that massively over estimate their firepower.

Love the greens and fairways.
4.5 hours to get around with foursome..some waiting an last 5 holes but overall good pace. Late afternoon played as a single and felt like I owned the course. 3 hours to get around. Greens A+, fairways A+, layout. B+, sand traps C-. ...price..reasonable if not a bargain.

Nice Course for Money
My 13 yo son and I celebrated a half day of school and nice weather by visiting Bristow, and had a great time! The staff in the clubhouse and starter were all business, not very chatty, but got us out on the course on time and well spaced. The 10 minute intervals made a big difference from other courses six minutes, as the pace was good but never felt rushed or pushing someone's tail. Agree with others that the course layout on front nine can be a little confusing, but wide open fairways were helpful for our VERY amateur status. Paired with two veterans of the course who were a lot of fun, probably the best foursome play we've had in a while. Would definitely come back and play there again!

Nice Course, friendly staff! Bunkers not in good shape. Nice layout Shot makers Course for sure, right fairways and greens but a great overall experience. HCP 7 I shot 79 with 2 doubles on 8 and 17 smh

The course was in great shape with the exception of no sand in the bunkers. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

GREAT LAYOUT GREAT CONDITIONS
Just played 18 after two days of big rain and the course drained VERY well. Drove 45 min to play here and it was well worth it. Everything is clean in the pro shop, glizzy was fantastic, and the driving rage lets you hit off GRASS, thank God. The rough was thick but not unplayable, fairways and greens were great considering the recent downpour. I will play here again ASAP. Fun holes, fair greens and fairways, though the par 3’s were extremely long, I still had a great time. Carth path is confusing on the front 9 but I can’t complain too much. Check this place out if you can!

This course is a perfect example of what a course should be
Me and my friend played 9 holes late in the day. They were kind enough to let us play even after it had rained that morning. The fairways were perfect and the greens were like carpet. The course also has an awesome design. Gene and Tyler were in the Pro Shop and they were as kind as could be. Will definitely be back!
