If Bristow Manor had better quality sand it would receive 5 stars in my book and reminding golfers to fix their divots. Enjoyed the round and will return to BM.

Nice course -- what happened to the rest rooms?
Course is in very good condition. They have spent a lot of money on the bar/restaurant, but they removed the rest rooms on each nine. Why? They say they like getting feedback here so maybe they will tell us. They are working to improve the bunkers, so that's good too.

Poorly managed, staff could care less, no sand in bunkers. Played here about 5 years ago. Probably will be another 5.

A trip that’s worth it
I’ve played this course many times before, but it’s been awhile. I will say that I was impressed with the conditions, except for some of the tee boxes. The course is beautiful and I can wait to get back to BM soon! Keep up the great work!!

Great course
Always a great time. Greens, fairways and all but one tee box are in great shape. Wonderful place to play

This course is always well manicured.
Bristol always has beautiful fairways and greens.Bunkers we’re wet after a day of rain yet the course didn’t invoke cart path only. Good job. Greens rolled true, as always. Whenever I want/need a fun day on a well kept course at a reasonable price, I choose Bristow Manor!

Golf course played great
Have not played this course for a year or two. But found it to be surprisingly pristine and in great shape. Loved playing the course from tees to greens. Would like to come back if green fees are within my financial reach. Definitely will consider the next time I play.

Good value, bunkers need work
Played 8/7. Bristow is always one of the better 'value' courses in the area and I appreciate many of the recent changes (i.e. practice area, clubhouse upgrades, etc.). The course, and especially the greens, are typically in great shape, especially for the amount of play they get. The BUNKERS on the other hand continue to be a TRAVESTY. When they're dry, they're straight up clay/rocks. After some rain? Unraked/Instaponds. Fix. The. Bunkers. Also, if you're not going to have a beverage cart, please put out some water stations. Thx.

Good conditions but ...
Greens. fairways and most first cut of rough were in excellent condition. Sand traps need work--half were filled with water. Others were hard, rocky dirt. Main complaint is the scorecard is old and not accurate. There are NO orange tees totaling 5,700 yards on this course, which is what I wanted to play. The black tees at 6,300 are too long for me, but the silver tees at 5,200 are too short. I played the silver, but won't return if this course isn't going to have a set of tees closer to 6,000. After the round, I asked the golf shop person on duty about the tees, and he said to his knowledge the course has never had orange tees. 1,100 yards between tee sets is too much of a gap.

Solid condition
Course is in great shape, front 9 is a swirling challenge and the back 9 opens up a bit more. I would play again and definitely recommend.

Fun to play
The course is in good condition, though greens were slower than expected. The layout makes you think: good course management is the key to good scoring. We’ll surely be back soon.
