About
Located just six miles west of Ocean City, Md., Ocean Resorts Golf Club is a good option if you're looking for a round that is fun to play but still a good value. The course is known for being player friendly enough for any skill level but there are still several challenges in store with multiple sets of tees that range from 4,800 to 6,500 yards. Water hazards come into play on a few holes and there are also several strategically placed bunkers you'll have to contend with. The layout rewards proper club selection and good strategy but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. A unique aspect of Ocean Resorts is that it's owned by the Wor-Wic Community College.

Greens recently aerated bunkers not maintained, course conditions poor since last played
Greens so-so
Greens were just done and not in good shape. The course should have noted it or given a discount. Other wise was an average course
Worse then ever and now they want real money
Course conditions are horrible no price break for 3 inch punched greens .in fact prices have gone up . 14 smells like sh$t and has 0 grass on the green .
Easter Sunday
Easter Sunday No one there was a single Pro shop set me up with a gentleman and played in about 2 1/2 hours had a great day
Fun Course
Second time playing here - really enjoy the course. For early April, the course is in really good shape. There were some type of critters around some of the flags - maybe a type of fly native to the Eastern Shore? - annoying but they’ll probably go away on their own.
Only started playing last year, at age 66. Course is open enough that I only lost a few balls.
Rolling The Rock
I had the course all to myself. The course was in pretty good shape. They have one green that is bad, #14. Overall, for the money you can't beat it.
Great Staff
I've played Ocean Resorts a handful of times this winter and the course was always fun to play. The big plus is the great staff.
Challenging Layout
Have played this course many times throughout the years. The holes in the woods, which is a little over half, are very tight, so hitting the ball straight is crucial. Greens and fairways were in overall good condition, which is not always the case. One green was completely disease ridden. Sand traps are some of the best around. This course should charge $30-40 and no more for a fair rate.
Fun track. Good conditions for early March
My overall is 3.5 but you have to round. Never played before. Heard they hit hard times last year but they are coming back with a lot of excellent work. Cut down lots of scrap trees and aerifying the fairways. And have new water source for irrigation I heard. Not as pristine as a lot of Berlin courses, but For the lower price they are well worth it!
