About
Located just six miles west of Ocean City, Md., Ocean Resorts Golf Club is a good option if you're looking for a round that is fun to play but still a good value. The course is known for being player friendly enough for any skill level but there are still several challenges in store with multiple sets of tees that range from 4,800 to 6,500 yards. Water hazards come into play on a few holes and there are also several strategically placed bunkers you'll have to contend with. The layout rewards proper club selection and good strategy but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. A unique aspect of Ocean Resorts is that it's owned by the Wor-Wic Community College.

Decent course
Definitely on the lower end of the OC courses. Some greens were bad. Layout is challenging with long irons/ hybrids off the tee.. Overall if you get a deal, it's worth it.
Over priced
The first few holes were fine but as we got to the laters holes the greens were totally burnout with little to no grass so it was difficult to putt.
The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome but the greens were the poorest I have played on. Payed over $50 for a very rough course. Fix the greens and it will improve everything. Drove 6 hours for vacation and wanted to get in a round. Was very disappointed.
Many of the greens were in very poor shape. Hopefully repair will be quick.I will not play here again until they are healthy
Okay for beginners
Greens are fast because there is little grass on them. Bare spots were plentiful. And bumpy too. The front side is fairly easy and the back side has a few quirky holes. Probably a good course for a beginner but anyone with a handicap less than 20 won't be impressed with this course.
Value Option
A good value option in the area when every other course is at peak pricing. Uninspiring layout with a few very quirky holes.
I’ve played this course before and am familiar with it.
Nice course and in good condition.
My recommendation is to create a blended yardage mixing blue tees and white tees.
The blue tees (tips) are a little long for me at 6,500+ yards and white tees (next up) are way too short at 5,600+ yards.
I’m used 6,100-6,400 yards.
So what I did is play front white at just under 3,000 yards and back blue at just under 3,100 yards = approximately 6,100 yards.
First time playing
Classic Jones course…not just for big drivers. Have to play it smart…we enjoyed it! Most greens were in good shape but a little long and thus slow.
