course in gear shape for winter. Fairways are actually in better shape than they have been last couple years. Grass filling in. It used to be a bit thin a lot of holes. For the price it's the best deal add in OC . Greens always decent for a low cost course

Wow..been here many times in prime season, but the course has never been as green as it is this January. Asked one of the groundskeepers the secret..he says: MAGIC. Well, we had a great round ..no pressure, great pace, amazing winter prices. GO PLAY!

We’ve played here several times. For December 31st and two days of rain before it was in really good shape and the greens were fast!

I had played here years ago when it first opened back in 2001. The conditions were not very good. Fast forward twenty years and you have a fun layout in exceptional condition. The fairways were like a carpet and the greens were full, smooth, and fast. This course from the back tees is quite a challenge. The 10-15 mile an hour wind may have had something to do with it. It has some layup holes to get you in position to play your next shot and that may be difficult not knowing the layout. For the money, worth every dime! Will return again.

Some people said this course wasn’t well-maintained. I totally disagree. This was a fun course to play, and the fairways were lush and thick. The greens were also in excellent shape. Great value

We were looking for an inexpensive round near Ocean City and found this course. Am a high handicap golfer and found this course to be short (from whites) and fun. Tee boxes need work, but greens and fairways were fine. Golf was slow on a Saturday afternoon (4:20).

I was pleasantly surprised because I had heard it was a cow pasture from the past from friends in OC but recently we went there and while it's not the longest course, it was on par with Bay Club, Eagles Landing and Bay Club. I'm a 9 HC and had a very enjoyable round. Target golf on some holes coupled with longer holes that are challenging. The one suggestion that I've seen on other reviews is to get GPS on the carts or better marking of the water on the course. For a first timer, there we many holes where if you've never played it before, it was impossible to know how far the water cut in. For the money, it's the best value in OC. F

Course was in great shape for fall golf. It is a playable layout but always includes winds to make it quite challenging. There is a good mix of short par 4's and 5's, but there are also lengthy ones as well. I love the course, I only wish I could play it better.

Course layout was nice. Overall, the course was in pretty nice shape. Greens were a tad slow. As the first time playing the course, was frustrating not to know where some of the water was. A few blind shots only to find out the ball was in the drink. Pace of play was frustrating. Would have been nice to have a Marshall nudging a few of the slower groups. But, it didn’t ruin the day. Weather was fantastic, so just chose to enjoy the fact I was outside chasing the little white ball around.

It was a perfect day for golf. Staff was very friendly. Course was in good shape, but had several bare areas. Looked like they recently aerated and sanded the greens. Overall the pace was good and the course was well worth the price.

The Green was bad, a lot of dead spot on the green.

Pay too much for the condition of the course. 1st and last.
