About
Located in the North Tucson area, SaddleBrook Ranch Golf Club borders the Santa Catalina Mountains. The course meanders through the high Sonoran desert, incorporating natural washes into the design and providing stunning mountain views from almost every hole. Abundant desert flora and fauna further enhance the rugged, gently rolling terrain. The golf course offers a mix of challenging holes and player-friendly features, resulting in a layout with several interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low and high handicappers equally. The player-friendly fairways are generous, allowing beginners to feel comfortable with ample room off the tees and rewarding thoughtful play. There are also carefully placed mounds, hollows, and bunkers along the large, receptive greens that provide opportunities to recover an errant shot. The golf course is made even more versatile with five different sets of tees.

Nice course
Staff did not honor the Golf now rate so call ahead. Nice course challenging holes on back nine. Fun to have a brewery so close to the course all in all great round.
Great Times at SbrookeRanch
Another great time at Saddlebrooke Ranch, despite gusty winds (not their fault!). Fairways and greens are in great shape. Greens are newer, and still a little hard, so play accordingly. Sbrooke's rough has some type of thick grabby grass growing. This makes the course extremely challenging and rewards shots in the fairway. Pace of play is on the slower side, but honestly, why not have an excuse to spend more time on the course!
Frost delay
Course looked good. People are always very nice and nice members. I went and had breakfast, then back home. I'll try for next week. MM
Very Boring Course
Course was in great shape and very beautiful. Green were very hard and did not hold. Very little trouble on the course, and most holes were rather boring. there were 2 holes on the back that did have a small wash area where you had to strategically place you tee shot. Happy to have played this course, but would not return as it is just a boring course.
No Ranger on t the course, we waited every shot on the group in front of us, never would let us play through. There were 2-3 holes open in front of them.
Carts were gas powered and very basic. No GPB, USB port or speakers.
Golf shop personnel were friendly and even called me in advance to inform me of the frost delay which was top notch :)
Great value
Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Nice course. I will be back.
Cups not set properly
There was a ridge / volcano slope around every cup. The cups are not being set properly using a cup setter.
I played on 10/25 and all the areas with in 6-10 inches of the cup had the same problem. Please set the cups properly.
Other wise the course is in very good condition.
Enjoyable Round
Golf course is in good shape other than the cauliflower like rough around the greens. Pace of play was good for the front nine but slowed a bit on the back nine. Overall, the round was very enjoyable!
