Located in the North Tucson area, SaddleBrook Ranch Golf Club borders the Santa Catalina Mountains. The course meanders through the high Sonoran desert, incorporating natural washes into the design and providing stunning mountain views from almost every hole. Abundant desert flora and fauna further enhance the rugged, gently rolling terrain. The golf course offers a mix of challenging holes and player-friendly features, resulting in a layout with several interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low and high handicappers equally. The player-friendly fairways are generous, allowing beginners to feel comfortable with ample room off the tees and rewarding thoughtful play. There are also carefully placed mounds, hollows, and bunkers along the large, receptive greens that provide opportunities to recover an errant shot. The golf course is made even more versatile with five different sets of tees.

First Time at SaddleBrooke Ranch
Very enjoyable afternoon. Greens true. Drives had lots of roll out. Very reasonable. Will play again.
Older players
I really love this golf course however the staff caters to the older golfers that live out in the on the course not real nice to the people who come from the town to play there I’ve learned
Disappointing
Lots of hard ground, very patchy grass. Greens were also patchy, and bumpy with some sections of dead grass. This course is normally in much better condition.
Nice day for golf
The fairways were well manicured and maintained and overall the course was in excellent condition. The only issue was that the greens were a little irregular due to soms problems with the grass but I was told they were going to tear them out and put in new ones. It was a beautiful day for golf and it was a great value for the money. I look forward to playing there again
Wait till next year?
As many other reviews have indicated, Robson (SBR Developer) has lost this golf course. Don't know the reasons why, but sad to see this once very playable course in such bad shape. Greens will be redone this summer, but that's not the only problem.
Great Layout Greens are Riugh
This is a really nice golf course. Greta driving range and short game practice. This would be a top 5 course in Tucson if the greens were.better. Lots of POA blooms and dead spots. Ball was bouncing all over the place. They are nice greens just don’t know what happened. Looks like a northern course with winter kill.
Course mgmt and conditions need huge improvementts. Good layout and potential.
Course is in horrible condition!
Don't waste your time until this course is overhauled. The current condition of this course is terrible. They have allowed to much play on dormant Bermuda grass. Never overseeded 16 of the holes this year. I doubt the dormant Bermuda will even come back because of the damage from overplay. The green's are also in really bad shape. This course needs a complete makeover.
This course needs improvements.
The tees are in need of renovation. The fairways are in reasonable shape. The greens are in horrible shape.
