About
Clear Creek Golf Course is a flat, wide-open links-style track loaded with water and bunkers. The only sort of elevation changes you'll experience come from the ravines that route through the course and the undulating greens.
The back nine is the more challenging, spiced up by some interesting par 3s and two outstanding par 5s. Clear Creek's 11th hole goes 555 yards and involves an approach over a ravine, and No. 13 is a 584-yard monster that double-doglegs to a skinny green framed by bunkers.

Weathered
The course was weathered( dry and hard) being from out of state and playing this course for the first time, I enjoyed the forgiveness The roughs could use watered. I would go back.
Great course for the price
Love playing here. It’s worth the 45 min drive up north to play. Greens are pristine and roll fast. Only work needed are the bunkers but everything else is great.

The course was in really good shape and the layout was really fun!
Horrible management
They double booked our tee time with another couple of players and we had a three in our group already. There was a group of 8 golfers playing together at the same time. It was truly a mess out there. No Marshall to keep course running smoothly. I was so frustrated it was a completely waste of my money and the group that played with me. Very shocked to say the least.
Horrible management
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had playing a round of golf. I’m not sure if they had double booked the the times but we had three people in my group for 3:30 pm tee time. Two other golfers had the same tee time. This was the beginning of a horrible day. It took us over a hour just to play the first four holes. Than we run into a group ahead of us playing with 8 golfers at the same time. When asking the pro shop to get a Marshall or someone to do something about it they said they had talked to them already. No Marshall was available today either. I seriously doubt that my group or myself will come back again!

Public cheat
This course is great for the money. The conditions are always well maintained and it’s friendly layout. Recommend it for anyone looking to play but not break the bank!
Swimming-up Clear Creek
Yesterday's round was quite challenging because of the windy conditions and the heat. Lost a few golf balls as the wind pushed them into grass hazards. Overall though, it was a good round at Clear Creek. The front nine was backed-up due to a slow foursome which the club should remedy but the back was much smoother. Course has a
very nice layout and is easily playable for those who know the course. Some additional signage indicating the location of the next holes would be helpful (e.g. going from #11 to #12). In any case, it was worth the 50 minute drive to Houston even if I found myself at times "swiming-up Clear Creek."
If you want value play here!
Great course in great condition! Cheap prices for what you get. Pace of play can be slow, but you would be hard pressed to find another course in such great shape for the price you pay.
Worth playing
Course in great shape except rain out bunkers. More likely worse after today’s heavy rain!!! Greens sanded but putt well. Walking or pay extra for riding. Great to walk for just $20. Only problem is very hot with little shade available. Course can be slow at times but today just under 4 hrs.
Clear Creek revisted
The fairways are in good shape...sand traps average, need a little work...the greens were excellent.
