Clear Creek Golf Course
About
Clear Creek Golf Course is a flat, wide-open links-style track loaded with water and bunkers. The only sort of elevation changes you'll experience come from the ravines that route through the course and the undulating greens.
The back nine is the more challenging, spiced up by some interesting par 3s and two outstanding par 5s. Clear Creek's 11th hole goes 555 yards and involves an approach over a ravine, and No. 13 is a 584-yard monster that double-doglegs to a skinny green framed by bunkers.

The Golf course
The Golf course was in decepnt shape but I'm not going to go there until I can ride a cart. For an obvious reason. I was wore out after the first 9 holes. Sorry but can't enjoy the game when I have to carry my bag and walk..
Covid19 ready
Perhaps the safest place to be right now for exercise. Because it's walking only, the course is in great shape. Should be more walking course after this is over.
DAY GONE BAD
FIRST LET ME SAY THE COURSE IS IN GREAT SHAPE. UNFORTUNATELY ITS A WALKING ONLY COURSE NOW DUE TO COVID-19. THIS IS THE ONLY COURSE IN THE CITY THAT I AM AWARE OF THAT IS DOING THIS, AS THE WEATHER GETS HOTTER PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO WANT TO WALK 18 HOLES THAT ABSURD!
THE WHEEL ON MY PULLEY CART BROKE OFF AND I WAS UNABLE TO CONTINUE PLAY AFTER THE 5 HOLE. I TRIED TO CARRY MY BAG BUT IT WAS WAY TO HEAVY FOR ME TO CONTINUE. i HAD TO STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF HOLE 6.
WHAT MAKES THIS DAY MORE DISAPPOINTING IS I HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE CLUB HOUSE WITH MY HEAVY BAG. THE CLUB ATTENDED STATED THAT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE AT THIS TIME AND HE WAS GOING TO SEE WHAT HE CAN DO.
THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE. CLEAR CREEK SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE EMPLOYEES THERE FOR SITUATIONS SUCH AS THIS,.
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK UNTIL THEY RESUME CART SERVICE AGAIN.
RR.......
Great day for golf.
Course was in good shape, cart girl was around me often.
The course was ok in terms of the layout. The greens were slow, very inconsistent and needs to be taken care off. I have played lot better courses for the same amount of value.
walking only, round took about 4.5 hours. Fairways were in good shape, greens weren’t in particularly good condition but playable. Bunkers aren’t in great condition but ok. Overall a decent course. They used pool noodles so ball doesn’t go all the way down which is a good way of going about it.
Walking was great!
This pandemic making us walk.....no problem
Weather great, course nice.......what a relief!
First time
For $20, Clear Creek is a DEAL. The good things are the course layout, which includes several surprisingly interesting holes, both long and short and even though the greens are rough looking, they rolled true and faster then average.
No Marshall’s, however, means that slow groups can kill pace of play. On 9 tee box, we arrived B4 the group ahead BEGAN to tee off. We could see all of 9 and 10 and both holes were open. We moved all the way up to them and they finally asked us if we wanted to play through and we did. Never saw them again.
Played 6 holes
Only played 6 holes did not know I had to use a walker would not have played should get credit back
Good course, poor pace of play.
I have played this course many times, but made the mistake of playing on the weekend. I generally like the course and the staff is very friendly. However, I won’t be booking another tee time on the weekend. There was a 5-some that was booked in front of us. We tried calling the clubhouse around the 4th hole and asked them to check it out, but we ended up leaving after 9th hole. We teed off at 12:45pm and I walked off 9 at 3:30pm. :(
Not great
2nd time playing. Showed up 50 minutes early. No carts available. Pace of play was sllooow. Over booked. Fairways were aerated. Greens were bumpy. Not a great experience. Staff was friendly though.
Quality golf @ great proce
This course still some of the best greens on the south side of town. We played the back tees and it provided a much tougher round than the white tees. Great round of golf.
