We played at 8am on Sunday, the course was all but empty at this time so we were round in 90 minutes. Relatively easy course but enjoyable for a quick 9.

Let down by the bunkers
Generally in exceptional condition for time of year but let down by the bunkers which badly need more sand in them, they are completely compacted with minimal sand before you come to solid earth.

Ok course 9 hole course, doesn't cope if wet really heavy greens and fairways.
Bunkers poorly maintained.
