Boldmere Golf Club

Booked tee off time at 13.14, got there to a queue of 5 in front, Asked the guy in front if he'd booked a time he said yes 13.14. Oh well, finally teed off 13.50 and although slow for the first 9, became more normal after that.

Had a group in front that kept flitting between a 5 ball and 2-3 ball. Kept waiting at nearly every hole.

Looked like they had never played before

its been a while since i played Boldmere , and as a municipal its had its ups and downs,

on sunday i took my friend down as she is learning to play, and i have to say i was impressed the greens were superb fairways well cut nice and tidy a great place to learn and hone your skills , and the par 3's a good test

i will be back !!

After all the rain the course was in superb condition and no hold ups at all, so quite a quick game and very pleasant. The bonus being my son who has just started this year broke the 100 mark so he was made up ( but has work to do still) and is looking forward to our next game
